We have 41,000 kindergarten schools, Ghana has 22,000. We have 9,900 Secondary schools Ghana has 15,000. There is nothing to sugar coat there, if you decide to categoruze junior high school in the Primary Schools category then Ghana will only have 800 Secondary schools against Kenya's 9,900. Now decide where you want to stand.
