Mazze, everything is wrong with that, why do u guys always celebrate the very tiny part of your capital (CBD),? Why not other parts, I could show u video of small parts of Lagos ,Abuja,PH and other parts which are more than an hour plus trip without repetition, can Kenya do same to your CBDs?,No!.
we all know that all Nairobi and Mombasa CBDs are too tiny that one could tour them in less than 10 munities .
Take a look at some of Lagos's CBDs bellow, showing only some small parts of ikoyi,VI and lekki, with no Banana Island, very large Lagos old CBD (Marina),Ikeja and other parts, u could see how well developed these are, all drainages are covered, Street lights, road markings and other infrastructures of standard roads.

Is better to have a small, well organized districts than to have a slumish CBD like Lagos.

10K pages and we have not seen that Lagos.
The one we see is this one - with super tiny CBD - a little decent VI - maybe two estates - Banana- and the rest is slumpolis.

You definitely cannot compare it to Nairobi.

U do know that GTC is a tall ugly block building right. Just bland.no design whatsoever.
GTC is not not ugly, you're just jealous man.
It's like You don't know what you're yapping about, right?
You see a concrete dull tower under construction and you think that is the final design? GTC is still under construction, finishing and electricity installation is on course, the final facade will not be concrete dull as you're seeing it now.

This is how those towers will look upon its completion.. When you pass in between those towers you'll think you're somewhere in the middle of Newyork.

Nigga, Lagos old CBD(that Video of yours) is still far more developed and larger than all Nairobi and Mombasa CBDs, bellow is An hour non repeated drive in Lagos old CBD, still undergoing total reconstruction.
Note: some of the Dusty roads are as a result of the numerous ongoing projects on Lagos Island

Stop posting slums bruh.

What you're trying to prove we already established it. Your city is a jungle slum. Just go and watch rvps video and cover your face.

Lagos cannot beat Nairobi in anything except Slumpolis. I don't see any much difference with Kinshasa.
Nairobi business districts are small in your small mind.
Count the number of high rises - Lagos is way below.
Count the number of Skyscrappers - Lagos is way below.
Count the number of upper class residence - Lagos only has Banana - Nairobi has tonnes.

Nairobi is a very modern city.

Stop celebrating Chinese, whites and muhindi projects, help the black to be liberated.

Why should I take black Kenyans serious when all the nice places in Mombasa, Nairobi,Nakuru and other tiny developed parts of Kenya are owned by Indians,Arabs and whites ?

Why would you spread skyscrappers? What would be the logic for that?
Nairobi like every decent city has huge world class estates - not a little banana
Then like any modern city - we have huge business districts - now about 5 - if not more.

Maybe a few years ago before drones footage became prevalent we could do long arguments

But now I just leave your videos
1) Start with super tiny Westland

2) Jump over to super tiny Parklands

3) Jump over to old CBD - very tiny

We can do upperhill, Kilimani, Mombasa road -

We can do every Nairobi estates - and you can see CLEARLY unless you're blind that NAIROBI IS COMPETING WITH JOBURG - not you SLUMPOLIS.

What difference does it make who owns what - they are in kenya paying taxes, providing jobs and improving our economy - I know you wish you could attract foreign investors like we do.

But you cannot because 1) It's insecure - you need armed escort to get by 2) you cities are undeveloped - with broken down infrastructure and crazy jams 3) your criminal reputation.

As one of the fastest growing city, they just has to put that Gothic project here.
You can't expect them to run the same project in your zooland.

Though you have done great by posting that video, it's like you don't know what attracts viewers to watch YouTube vlogs grin.

At least nigerians own most of the apartments available there if you watch any videos of people staying in Eko Atlantic you will find that they are mostly Nigerians or blacks who are buying or renting them unlike in Kenya where all the good apartments are bought up by foreigners

Lagos has the whole of Lekki it is a massive and modern estates then there’s banana island, The beach estates and then there’s 100s of estates coming up in Ibeju Lekki just wait I feel like we should stop arguing and just give some of the projects five years to develop them see where we are by then

Heck how are junior secondary (now we hear it's actually primary) suppose to transition from 33K to 800 schools
No wonder the double track nonsense.
we only have 930 or so secondary schools and it is not by my logic but by the facts

41k primary schools are able to transition their huge students numbers into 930 plus secondary schools because secondary schools are huge and can host them.

Just like how 9000 secondary schools in Kenya transition their million students into just a 100 few universities

Dont be silly anymore grin angry

Anyway, Ghana does not run double track

Kenya's population was reported as 47.6 million during the 2019 census compared to 38.6 million inhabitants 2009, 28.7 million in 1999, 21.4 million in 1989, and 15.3 million in 1979. This was an increase of a factor of 2.5 over 30 years, or an average growth rate of more than 3 percent per year. The population growth rate has been reported as reduced during the 2000s, and was estimated at 2.7 percent (as of 2010), resulting in an estimate of 46.5 million in 2016.

Nairobi beats Lagos in number of shopping malls and retail stores

Nairobi beats Lagos in number of skyscrapers
Even in road infrastructure
Maybe in terms of population I will agree Nairobi is smaller than Lagos
