You are looking at a 2018 report that that decide to keep a 3 years projection at the same level until new figure arrive for the next 2 years.

The is already a new report with classified road network at 84,000km for 2020

keep living on the past and you will still have kenya as underdeveloped as it is.

for an entire country of 53 million people to drive on just 20,000km os paved roads is so depressing
That is basically less than 10% of total road network of Kenya.

what happened?

grin grin grin grin
Wuoche:

Is 2021 in the past according to you? I told you that you won't lie while I'm still here. This is a report from your ministry of roads and it says that you only have 78,000km and 14,000km of trunk roads.

Gawd forbid I can't be jealous of anything nairobi has to offer. Ur gtv renders looks exactly like Ur gtv reality. It's very bland and ugly. Nothing impressive about it other than the height. To me it's looks more like a soul-less structure shooting into the sky than an actual building.

it looks like those S.A skyscrapers you admire so much.. cheesy

It's so hard to convince you.

Let's try trans African highway as a yardstick. The total length of the nine highways in the network is 56,683 km.. All the section is paved in Kenya. the untarred part in ethiopia-kenya route which is grossly 800km was recently paved.

As you can see in the map below, even the trans African highway is not favoring your country, the section passing your country is less then 400km.

Currently some Secondary schools have more than 2500 students.

My days in Secondary school (so many years now)
Our Form 3 seniors were over 650+
Form 2 were 800+
My batch we were 912

In form 3 our number had reduced to
680+ because some were repeated.

We had over 800 form 2 students
And over 900 form 1 students.

Some schools take higher numbers than ours.

when i wrote my WASSCE, we were 1,383 but 3 students were suspended and ban from writing the WASSCE in form 3 while form 2 were 600 and form 1 were 500 and something.

Okay, if that is the case, then you have infrastructure deficit, you claim to have a widespread infrastructure yet you're clogged in one institution to seek education? Or is it that you live in a country with limited trained personnel?

Your sound more stupid than usual.
You have so much problems - you put in a system - where SS kids go to school for half year - and then go hunting rats the other half
Just so you can reduce the backlog.

You have 14,000 Junior Secondary schools and then mere 900 Senior High Schools.

Simple maths - 1 Senior High school - has to admit from 17-18 Junior SS - if you were to get to 100% transition.

Jesus christ - 800 senior high schools . That must be one senior high school per district.

The bolded am confused... cheesy maths dont add up..ths Ghananian is lying i tell you

You guys are close minded.

There is a double track because the Government of the day wanted to run a double track. It's not an issue of lack of infrastructures.

Firstly, it's not all Secondary schools that are on the double track.

Secondary, many Private schools have folded up because of the Free SHS program, Government could have absorbed all those numerous Private secondary schools but they decided not to.

Thirdly there is a double track because the Government decided not to use the Day Secondary schools the previous Government built. About 40 of Day schools are under lock and key whilst 90 Day secondary school buildings are at various levels of completion since 2017.
The government decided not to complete them for reasons best known to them.

You see how empty you are?

Entire population in your Secondary Schools could be 1500 and above and you are making noise over our over 800+ SHS schools?

Infact we shouldn't waste time on these Kenyans, these guys are too dumb.

Yesterday it was about missionary schools, today it's about number of schools? Like seriously?

So if you have Secondary Schools which admits less than 1600 students as compared to our Secondary Schools that admits averagely over 2000 students, per your thinking Ghana having 800+ Secondary Schools is bad?

Fyi, in Ghana, some SHS population are above 2500 so you can't compare them to your 1500 student population.
By common sense you should know that Kenya has a higher population than Ghana so it's normal for Kenya to have higher number of SHS schools or students?

2000 students with such kind of schools you have been posting...please just end the free education thing or just ask the missionaries to build more schools for you cheesy
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by rvp2018: 12:27pm On Jan 12, 2021
They are linked. Because you left your education to church - instead of taking control - you have 900 secondary schools - man - in a country that big.

Listen to yourself.
You did double track to try to improve the fact that only 30% of your junior high school kids get admitted to senior high school

While you're double tracking - we are in 100% transition - since 2019

“I am proud to report that in 2019, the Ministry of Education achieved this policy by admitting all of the 2018 candidates to secondary schools. I wish to assure the country that the Ministry has put in place measures to fulfil the 100 per cent transition policy in 2020.” He said.
