IRCC accepts wages paid as commissions. Part time work is also permissible. Carefully review the link below and check that:
1) your work experience is in line with what is written there
2) you performed the duties of your chosen NOCs 3) your employer can give you reference letters with job descriptions that match the NOCs

The 1st NOC will have dates matching when you started working for the firm till when you were called to bar and your duties were expanded. The 2nd NOC from where the 1st ends to this present time/date. Your primary NOC on your profile can be either.......if both meet the conditions in the workers.html#skilled

I need input on this please, I am JAN AOR, I entered the pool as a single lady, I am getting married mid February.

I wanted to ask when is the ideal time to raise a web form to inform them, some people said send it before the wedding and if they don't respond send again after the wedding,looking at how things are now I think it takes them 1 month to respond to webform I do not want that to delay my application processing.
Another question I would like to ask, it crazy booking dates for medicals as they are mostly fully booked for the month, is it advisable to do the medical before they respond to the webform for spouse documents or wait it out before doing it. Either ways it's upfront.

Any input will be appreciated. Thank you

Your employer would state it on your ref letter, I suppose.....Mr X is paid commission of X for every Y done.

If they pay commission then it will also be easy to track on your SOA if you feel you need to include that.

If you are self employed see the checklist on page 1 for what docs you need to provide.

Please submit your application ASAP then . That is BEFORE the wedding day . After which you can inform IRCC via webform of your being married and intention to add your spouse to your application. She’ll just do medicals and biometrics. All the best

Please i need you advice on next step to take. I submitted my application in may 2020 and i was asked to go for my biometrics in july. Hoever, i could do it till October few days to the deadline. Thanks again! I just got the mail from WES with the details I need to get into the draw next week. Could you please help with another concern I have. I don't currently reside in Nigeria and I inadvertently booked a flight to Nigeria for next week and will be staying for a while. Only thing I can think of student visa and that also has its own hurdles ... You can search for the Canada Student Visa Thread to see if it's a better fit.

For BC my friend had to harass them and call their Cambridge HQ before they answered her and thank God it came back positive

A) Number the NOC duties for 2263 from the official website from 1 to wherever it stops
B) put the appropriate number from A) above beside each of your work experience letter duties.

This way you and anyone helping should be able to see if most of the duties have been covered....or not.
