It’s not all 75 million Trump voters that are hardcore Trump supporters. I’d wager to say that it’s just 25% - 50% of the people who voted for Trump are his true loyalists.
The rest are people who vote Republican by tradition, regardless of who the nominee is. A lot of these voters “held their nose” and voted for Trump because of the his appointments to the federal judiciary and the tax cuts he signed into law.

Same thing applies to Biden: most his voters votes for him because they wanted to get rid of Trump, not because they are madly in love with Biden.

Thus, by extrapolation, “core” Trump voters are no more than 25% of the 2020 electorate
