You don't necessarily need a 6 month statement since it is a gift deed, if the transfer was done recently you can just do a month SOA to show the inflow of money from mum to ur account.
NO, no need for an affidavit as a gift deed is a legally binding document already esp. if notarised.

Your statement account should start counting a day before the transfer was made into your account. A week's notice would suffice provided the inflow reflects in the SOA.

You do not need an affidavit. Just do your gift deed and notarize it. You will be fine. But if you still feel you need an affidavit, please do whatever makes you sleep well at night.

My dad gave me a sum to complete my POF from his savings with my elder brother. The money was sent through my brother account to my account and which I transferred to my mutual fund account where my POF is.

Asides showing my mutual fund account statement for 6 months;
1. Which other financial statements do I need to submit?
2. Will the gift deed be signed by my elder brother or my dad or both of them.

However, my LinkedIn, Facebook majorly reflect my personal business. So, the question is, do I have to update my LinkedIn, etc with this other firm or leave my online presence like that. 6 months SoA is fine . I don’t know what an affidavit would be in this case and what you are referring to but for POF , you need the following ;
- Executed/signed or notarized gift deed
- Bank reference letter
- 6months SOA

If the FD is in same bank money gift was transferred to and u hv merged Gift deed + Reference letter + SOA + investment letter+FD Certificate then that's complete IMO

IF u meant money is coming from ur dad & bro, its better IMO ur bro send his own part of the money to dad, dad then transfers all to u so u have just one gift deed from dad than two individual deeds for both of em.

It takes 24/48hrs for them to acknowledge and your status on WES to change once they receive from school.
They are very fast. It's important you follow up with your school.
