Please guys, I know this has been answered before, but I can't seem to remember the page number nor the answer.
How do I get the reference letter of a defunct company?
The company in question has been taken over by the parent company, sort of and I still speak with the manager who now manages the new company.
How do I get refence for the old one, seeing it no longer exist technically?
Please someone, help me!!

Sorry to bother you all. Please i have an issue. I have already submitted my application for WES and then i realised that on my Master's degree statement of result, the year awarded is showing 2019. But i graduated in 2016. There was issues in the department which delayed approval of the result. That means i can't claim 3years working experience in Express entry.

My question, is there anyway i can edit my profile to add my Bachelor Degree? I have searched my profile can't
seem to find an option for that.

Please house help me.
false, there is no issue here. After getting ita your bsc will be in the personal history section.

1. Find another tangible reason, you don't know if the visa officer that will handle your file head dey touch. Awaiting promotion, managing a business, not interested in traveling for now, taking care of parents / siblings etc

let the manager write a reference on a plain paper, include things like payslip, bank statements showing salary, id card or offer letter.

much ado about nothing. State it by typing it in the letter noni. Abi how else will you state it Not stating you were paid equals rejection of application.

In response to question 2) please spare some time to go through the IRCC link on POF from page 1.

It states there that......(see screenshot)...

......which means that if your spouse is NOT going with you aka not accompanying, aka unaccompanying, then.......you may not use money in an account in their name only.

Hello house, In my WES report my cima evaluation came out positive but my middle name was not included in the report.

I sent email to CIMA to include my middle name and reforward it to WES for the update. But I haven't seen any green light since CIMA asked me to fill and forward WES academic record request form in which I did immediately.

The problem is that I have limited time because I will create my EE profile this Saturday once my IELTS result is out.And I don't know how long it will take CIMA and WES to update my middle name in my ECA report. Initially it took me 8months to get my ECA from WES.

Please I don't know if I have done the right thing.

What else can I do?

Please if you have any suggestion(s) help me out.

Maybe one and same affidavit might work. It’s just your middle name missing

PR application is treated on a case by case basis. Even if everyone on this platform will tell you they mentioned 19800 on their reference letter , you may or may not have the same outcome.
Honestly, if that’s the work experience you need to complete 3years you just have to try and take a leap of faith.
To answer your question, I know lots of people who used NYSC and also the 19800 on their letter and currently in Canada and we have also seen cases where the VO questioned it.
Just follow your heart.

Hello Ebuncrown, can I discuss this further with you via email? Thanks
Ebuncrown:
Dear Lawyers,

CES evaluated my LLB as a PROFESSIONAL DEGREE.

So I started my evaluation January 2020 because IQAS was on a break and I don’t have a masters. I called CES to ask how they evaluate LLB and I wasn’t given any conclusive answer and was asked to make my application. I decided to go with CES since WES and LLB are enemies.

I paid 420CAD to evaluate both LLB and BL degree so I as to get points for 2 or more degrees. My application was submitted January 8th, transcript received February 24th and then COVID happened. I totally forgot about the application and started the process all over with IQAS. Finally scaled through transcript phase but “fortunately” I haven’t been able to pay for IQAS due to the daily limit and dollar limit issue.( which is now a blessing )

November 10th, CES sent me a mail saying they can’t assess my BL as it was outside their scope of evaluation and my 210CAD would be refunded within 2 weeks. It is was refunded 3days later.

I got the email with a soft copy of my evaluation and First professional degree in Law was staring right at me. So it was worth the wait. If you are patient enough and IQAS is wasting your time, you can go ahead evaluate your LLB degree with CES.

Please I am back again o
I just checked my profile now and saw that the system calculated my work history to 3 years experience. 3 years is meant to complete in March, and this made my score jump to above 470, from the 440 I was calculating with the simulation using 2 years.
Please help me see this work history for me:
1. 05/2015 - 05/2016
2. 03/2019 - 11/2020
3. 11/2020 - Present

I don't know how the system is re-calculating it to 3 years, when I know it would clock 3 in March
Should I be worried?

IRCC asked for work reference letters and pay stubs if applicable.
You can either have your letter drafted as “his gross annual salary is 10,000,000 NGN including health and life insurance” (Include your scanned work ID ) and you simply submit your application.

Or

Your still follow the above format and include cash salary certificates as additional document.

Again, every application is a standalone case so it’s up to your VO and your faith.

Thank you, work experience was basically just business and real estate. I was not called to the bar then so I was not going to court and the law firm didn’t do any court cases. So didn’t deal on court files, but did some minor affidavits related to CAC related matters..

I will readjust. Thank you
