Remicynt: In response to question 2) please spare some time to go through the IRCC link on POF from page 1. It states there that......(see screenshot)... ......which means that if your spouse is NOT going with you aka not accompanying, aka unaccompanying, then.......you may not use money in an account in their name only.

Hello house, In my WES report my cima evaluation came out positive but my middle name was not included in the report. I sent email to CIMA to include my middle name and reforward it to WES for the update. But I haven't seen any green light since CIMA asked me to fill and forward WES academic record request form in which I did immediately. The problem is that I have limited time because I will create my EE profile this Saturday once my IELTS result is out.And I don't know how long it will take CIMA and WES to update my middle name in my ECA report. Initially it took me 8months to get my ECA from WES. Please I don't know if I have done the right thing. What else can I do? Please if you have any suggestion(s) help me out. |

Jacknn:PR application is treated on a case by case basis. Even if everyone on this platform will tell you they mentioned 19800 on their reference letter , you may or may not have the same outcome. Honestly, if that’s the work experience you need to complete 3years you just have to try and take a leap of faith. To answer your question, I know lots of people who used NYSC and also the 19800 on their letter and currently in Canada and we have also seen cases where the VO questioned it. Just follow your heart. 3 Likes |

Please I am back again o I just checked my profile now and saw that the system calculated my work history to 3 years experience. 3 years is meant to complete in March, and this made my score jump to above 470, from the 440 I was calculating with the simulation using 2 years. Please help me see this work history for me: 1. 05/2015 - 05/2016 2. 03/2019 - 11/2020 3. 11/2020 - Present I don't know how the system is re-calculating it to 3 years, when I know it would clock 3 in March Should I be worried? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by MissMa01: 6:38pm On Jan 17, 2021 |
solomonray:IRCC asked for work reference letters and pay stubs if applicable. You can either have your letter drafted as “his gross annual salary is 10,000,000 NGN including health and life insurance” (Include your scanned work ID ) and you simply submit your application. Or Your still follow the above format and include cash salary certificates as additional document. Again, every application is a standalone case so it’s up to your VO and your faith. 3 Likes |

Thank you, work experience was basically just business and real estate. I was not called to the bar then so I was not going to court and the law firm didn’t do any court cases. So didn’t deal on court files, but did some minor affidavits related to CAC related matters.. I will readjust. Thank you Mmamaroon: |
