If you have every necessary document at hand you will be spending 25k for passport, 1k for Access fee charges, 500naira for commissioner for oath stamp.

My passport collection date @ Alausa passport office is today (18th of Jan). I got there around 1:15PM and left with my passport around 1:55PM. I did the online reg on 23th of Dec and went for my interview on 29th of Dec. I went there 3 times in total for the passport and spent a combined time of like 2hours 3min there

DIY is surely the way and say to shortcuts.

So less than 2 weeks after capturing i collected my passport today at Alausa Ikeja. Strictly DIY except the fact i had to pay 1k for the person that helped to fill and sign my guarantor form. Over and out

If you are doin your passport in Lagos, Abuja or Ph you need NIN.

Who else did his/ her passport at festac, I did my capturing on the 14th of November, 2 months now and I'm yet to receive my passport. They initially told me in 2 weeks time, I called and they said it wasn't ready.
I called again and they told me the booklets aren't ready but if I can part with some money, they will get it for me before Friday.

Who else is having same issue?

I successfully captured today at Alausa despite the fact that my NIN verification failed, it failed because the NIN server is overwhelmed. I returned my file back to the lady at Servicom and she said they will call me when it's time to come pick up my Passport, when I requested for a number to call she said I shouldn't worry that they have my number.
I wasn't given an enrolment ID when I left the capture room. Will they really call me and if not is there a number I can call?
P.s- I urgently need my passport.

Yes when you get to Alausa ask for Aunty bose, she will charge you 1500 for guarantor and stamping all together

No way they won't give you the slip at Alausa, once you are done capturing you will be asked to confirm your details and asked to pick your print out at the printer yourself, unless you attached yourself with an officer which that might have been your case and they will start giving you story just to extort you later, just wait and see, because without the slip how will you go for collection? Well you will write your name in a sheet of paper.

Stop calling them, go to the office and collect your passport. The more you keep calling the more lies you will be told its not yet ready unless you fast track it
