We used Stanbic Mutual Funds account. Their interest rate is (annoyingly) low sha, but better than 0%. You can check them out.

Your score will be recalculated if you change to spouse accompanying after ITA. If it falls below the minimum CRS for that draw, the application will be declined and you will have to start again.

The adding after ITA/AOR thing (without getting the score recalculated) works for people who are not yet married at AOR, but get married after AOR.

Hello everyone. Please I need your help here. I got my reference letters from my places of work but both didn't have the exact date of joining in dd/mm/year format. It only stated that I started working from December 20... To April 20.... And not 15th December 20... Does this affect my application. By the way. All other things on the reference letters meet the IRCC requirements.

Also, I have already submitted my application and got my AOR already. However, my first reference letter is the one I obtained from the Ministry where I served (NYSC) for a full year. I.e. from Jan 2017- December 2017. Also, I started my current job in January 2018 and still work there till date making it about 4years. This facts are stated in both reference letters. just feel a little concerned and want some reassurance, hence the question.

Best bet is to raise a webform request for an update if you know your visa office.

However, I would like to guide you with my little experience

. First evaluate your worth or value using CRS online calculator and which would let you know where you stand.

What are the things that would increase your score?

1. You need IETLS general exam which you must not have less than 7.5 band so you if you hate reading then forget passing the exam because no expo.

2. Evaluate your Highest degree only, If you have Phd, Msc and Bsc. You would only have to Evacuate your Phd only and WES cost USD230 I thinks, not that this process depends on your institution became mine took approximately 5months, however some people took just 1month.


3. Remember while doing all this please try to start planning for your proof of Fund (POF) For EE you must show 6months bank statement, however, you can also use gift deed which must be from your father or mother attached with a letter saying that we are giving our Buhari son so so amount and we are not taking it back from him. Please no fake bank statements, if you use Oluwole na OYO u dey be that oooooo

4. Reference letter from work must have company letter heading which states the day you started work and the date you left, your salary and the job duties must be parallel with What you choose when you are applying for EE.
Remember if you use fake reference letter and the visa officer google and call your company then what they told him/her is that they don't know you or you didn't get any reference letter from company. Just be expecting your rejection as soon as possible.

Others are mainly not advisable to be worried about for now.

Why not just wait and be calm and pray with 466, nothing is impossible for God to do, you will be amazed that next draw will favour you.

Sometimes we need to walk with God's time. For me my wife, we added cousin when I have not understand this Canada traveling stuff much, but with alot of advices we had to remove the cousin and right now God is perfecting everything.

. Get the template In as much it is designed with company letter heading information and your Hr knows about it and not back yard letter heading or Oluwole letterhead

Speak with your supervisor/team leader at work whom you trust. Show him the format of the letter and guide him where to input the necessary information.

At the top left corner where his information would be, let his official email address and phone number be included too

At the end let him write his position at work
And sign then get his work ID photocopy and attach with the letter.

Please and please inform your Hr and the person whom is to help you write and sign this letter that they might call to confirm so as to avoid End SARS story.

Just Google Canada reference letter format or check youtube they plenty berekete

Yes, but like my business statistics proffesor would always say, try to check your predictive analysis , make research from past data.

As such, my survey shows that the probability of people who get it from their parent are better.

Reason been that , the VO see it as a will/gift from a parent which you re entitled for.
But why will your siblings just give you that money just like that.

So as my Bible taught me, wisdom is profitable to direct. Tell your siblings to send it to your mum/dad then let your dad/mum send it to you. Simple as ABC.

For me, I do follow live video of canadian immigration lawyers on youtube + indian group + Nairaland. No one is an island of knowledge.
You can also do that.

I learnt this when I process my Master program visa in just one month with no agent or advice on Nairaland. Information is the key.
