Exactly my thought. I was once a victim of Wakanow.

You were doing a lot for him. It's too bad he was stealing, in return.

All I see is him hyping how much he spends and type of food he eats, though some Nigerians can indeed be very, very ungrateful and full of scheming and "bad-bellism",foo lishly not knowing that the downfall of their may affect them badly.

Well I think that stealing of a thing is common among house helps, but this particular chef is suffering from poverty cry you can't tell what he is going through at home when he gets back from work, and like he said he has 5 kids that should explain the reason for this, but he shouldn't take him back else this time around he is going to plot robbery in your house

Why not marry?

At least if your wife is cheating you with food money (which is unlikely), you will know it is in-house.

Nigerians are like that o. One I helped and took his two children in when he was about to throw them away and run due to poverty and hunger after years of refining and polishing claimed I was mistreated them. They conspired and had me and my family lucked up. If you see the skin of this kids glowing.

What I later learnt triggered everything, a guest of mine that has eyes on them they go assist in her so called flat took interest and they all schemed and put the plan together. The kids taught they met someone richer even though they weren't lacking. Next thing like play like play I got locked in station with my family accessed of maltreatment. When they were never lacking. It may take a while, but I know God would vindicate me.

I'll just counsel people to be careful in dispensing goodness in this generation. Some don't value it.
Your experience makes me sad. Yes, God will vindicate you, brother.

$300 salary for a family man will barely be enough cry
I'm single and living with my brother, and we spend more than 100k a month on ourselves - data, feeding, transportation and stuff.
Rent not inclusive, offerings, donations and other things.

Nigeria is truly the world poverty capital!

You mean he should continue stealing.

300 dollars a month can sustain a family man with 1 or 2 kids.

600 dollars is more than enough.

Standard of living here is very cheap, labour is cheap, you will paid according to the market

Not just the basic 100 thousand naira salary, the additional transport allowances, feeding him two times a day, giving him additional bonuses for personal expenses etc.
The man is a natural born ingrate! Let him suffer so that he will learn a valuable lesson in life.

This could backfire on him.

He is a Ceo of wakanow, a company with liberal investors and ideas

This remark is very dangerous for the company image.

This is something to keep private, nowadays, social justice warriors on Twitter and Facebook can not set the boundaries between a company, the CEO and his personal opinion.
But he has done nothing wrong, has he?

A lot of Nigerian menial workers love stealing so this is nothing new. Where I work, the men collect everything, up to cardboards in which tools are wrapped. The poverty mentality is so strong in them that they'll spend all their free time thinking up how to steal items than how to progress from current living conditions. It also doesn't help that they see marrying new wives and birthing additional children as status upgrades than creating profitable side hustles.

Poor people with kerewa
5 kids. I decided never to give anyone with plenty kids money or foodstuff. It will only enable them to produce more kids. Best is to teach them my line of business. Poor people love it raw too much.

The same thing that happened to me, I still don't understand why some people are ungrateful, greedy and wicked. after doing alot for this guy/chef, dude still cheated me alot until I found out later, to think I treated this guy like a family but that wasn't enough, I sacked his ass without hesitation.

That's it bro. Honest people are hard to find these days. They must in one way or the other steal from one no matter how good you treat them.

They never know honesty pays.

Nothing wrong but his manner of writing using comparing humans with animals and writing something like i know why people treat house helps like shit, in my opinion it is totally wrong

So his solution to not having checks and balances in his house is to begin treating his domestic staff like shit?

If he does so, we will still drag him online.

Don't mind the chef. That's some Sales representatives salary in some marketing firms who are even given dead lines. He is getting that amount but still goes on stealing from his oga.

Very bad!
