You asked what policy where against Igbos yet u say we are the architect of our misfortune ...lmao

Want to know the policy ?you really want to know ?
Infact who doesn't know Nigeria has marginalized Igbos ....imo power south west power plants yet have no single power plant ?

Nsukka gas well , ebonyi oil wells ,n many igbo oil well refused to be opened so Igbos won't have money

Exclusive from national rail line policy

Having by far the least police commissioners despite being most educated ?

Our airports even tho far more viable are closed for at least 3 times a year

Check points every one km ... costing Igbos 100s of billions in extortion

None functioning n linking if eastern ports by rail
For the bolded, you're a blatant liar.

All the issues you outlined, how were you able to solve them under GEJ your anointed son? Give us stats which proved that your airports was anything to go by. Moreso, the unitary system you taught us back then is what you're enjoying now and so shall it continue.

Go to Ironsi's grave to curse and swear for he used his Igbotic greed not minding it's gonna bounce which led to your current woes. We aren't your problem OK. You brought unitary system to us, so enjoy it to the fullest.

According to the Nigerian government, not a single piece of cargo has been transported on the new rails. Basically, this means the project is unviable. Clearly, an East to West rail would have been the better use of the FOREX.

Funnily,i thought the same way but When i brought the discussion up here many Nairalanders felt Lagos-Kano is more viable than the Coastal Railway

How ibadan has more industry than south east

Those in the logistics industry who which direction the goods move in this country

Only one inland port is active till date .....

Truth is Nigeria is where we are today because it's better we are like this than Igbos to hold certain position ....

In the quest to hold Igbos down ...Nigeria is held down

Last year the rest of Nigeria were crying economic downturn but trust me never have I seen Soo many new cars in south east n all over igbo land
all igbos know how to do is shortcut in business by importing from China. The President is stopping all that nonsense

We need proofs not arguments. Ogun has Sango industrial area, ota industrial area, agbára industrial area, mowe/ibafo area, isheri/magboro area, sagamu, Abeokuta and Ìjẹ̀bú òde axis.

NBC wasn't bribed while they were making the rankings, so chill and accept the reality. Ogun is the most industrialized state in Nigeria. Thanks

Op, stop the misinformation. The project was commissioned to help relieve the stress on apapa port and also for commuting between Lagos and ibadan. The discussion on the concession of the ibadan dry port is still ongoing and Chinese giant crcc is said to be leading the bid. So you can't expect cargo to be moving already when the port to receive the cargo isn't finished.please let's avoid copy and paste. If you have to open a topic at all, you should at least be interested and find information on the subject. That's just due diligence.

Lagos is the smallest state ...has more GDP that north east combined

Igbos have faced alot of oppression and suppression ..... policies have been passed to hold Igbos down more than any other tribe in Nigeria despite that igbos can say we have done well economically

Anyone who can't accept that is lying to himself

If given a level playing ground Igbos would be head and shoulders above every tribe in Nigeria that's a fact

Lagos to east is the most important economic route in this country ...but yet it's not even among the top 5 rail projects

Imagine a speed rail between Onitsha and Lagos and the massive economic benefits it will unleash to the Nigerian economy. Each time I travel to Lagos from the East, I will be seeing uncountable number of trailers carrying 40feet containers, lined bumper to bumper and heading East! Also check number of buses going to and fro between East and Lagos. Again check the number of flights that go between Owerri/Enugu and Lagos everyday. Yet, in all these, some idiats who are ruling ruining Nigeria are busy building railways all over economically dead areas including to Niger rep, a poor and wretched country. What are the imports or exports destined for Niger rep? What is the passenger traffic, especially considering that they come into Nigeria mostly on donkeys or in trailers conveying cattle?

Nigeria has become damaged not because it didn't have the resources or manpower to develop optimally but because we have the most primitive, stvpid and thoughtless group of people presiding over its affairs.

A fast railway between Onitsha and Lagos will immediately become viable once it becomes operational. Lagos traffic jams will reduce! The roads will last longer! Issues of containers falling and killing people will reduce! Tanker explosions will reduce! Government will earn more revenue because there would be lots of people willing to pay the required fee.

A good number of Northerners/Nigeriens coming down South are transported in trailers conveying cattle or Dangote trailers carrying cement, how many of them can afford to pay for bus talk more of modern trains?

Nigeria is indeed a despicable country filled with morons.
We deserve to be the world's poverty capital.
We deserve the sort of Hobbessian society we have today.
We also deserve the bankruptcy and iminent implosion that is coming.

Igbos are moving to Lagos in large numbers same way Yorubas and Hausas are moving to Lagos in large numbers simply because Lagos is Nigeria's economic capital. Are all the Yorubas in Lagos indigenes or did you all come from the other poor states around? Stop flattering yourself dude, there are far more Igbos in Northern Nigeria than in SW outside Lagos, does it now mean North is developed?

You people claim to be educated through your propaganda but each time you come online iliteracy, ignorance and primitivity will be oozing out of you people.

A good indicator of how rich or poor a region is, is there purchasing power. Look around you in your towns and villages and see poverty starring back at you. Derelict houses, houses without functional toilet or running water but Wells and open defecation. Only Lagos airport witness huge traffic because of other Nigerians and foreigners living there but the rest in Ibadan, Akure or Illorin are all almost abandoned.

Continue lying to yourselves through propaganda that flies in the face of reality.

Lol, why won't Lagos be your pride when it is the only decent or viable place in your region. If not for Nigeria, same Lagos that is now your pride would have been more or less like abeokuta, Ibadan and your other rustic towns.

I bet you haven't been to MMIA Ikeja for you to say that more Yorubas use the airport than Igbos. My sister works right inside the airport and during the time I used to visit her, I will stroll around the departure halls and other crowded areas like the taxi ranks and you easily notice that majority of them are Igbos! The fact that Owerri, P.H and Enugu airports are the other busiest airports in Nigeria aside Lagos and Abuja should tell you those that fly the most in Nigeria. Secondly, more Igbos travel out of Nigeria than Yorubas or any other group in Nigeria, so both local and international flights, we dominate it!
