They're suspecting pregnancy and asked for a blood test to be done.

I would recommend Bitola Specialist Hospital, ondo road. Ijebuode. He is a good gynaecologist. I once had fibroid surgery there and was able to conceive not long after.

Good Morning mamas.

Trust we had a great night.

Was recently diagnosed of PCOS though test is yet to be concluded for drugs to be prescribed.

Please what are the natural ways I can boost ovulation while I wait for doctor's prescription?

Many Thanks

Hello Mama. I heard of a testimony of a woman with PCOS who used prayers and daniels fast (consuming only fruit and vegetables) for a certain period and by God's Grace no more PCOS...

thank you dear....
I'll advise you to do a follicular scan (folliculometry) from the 12th day of your menses to ascertain whether you ovulate. If a dominant follicle is seen on any of the ovaries then you ovulate. If you didn't take in after ovulation, then do HSG exam as your tubes may be blocked.
If you aren't ovulating, then do a hormonal profile as it may be as a result of hyperprolactinemia.
As for the thin endometrium, your age can play a role in that. Are you up to 38?

He's querying early pregnancy as the decidua appears to be thickened which is a sign of pregnancy. I'll advice you to repeat the scan in 2 weeks time to be sure.

no sir, I'm earliest 30,I went back to the scan center and ask the sonographer to explain more about the result, she said she saw a follicle on right ovaries. Why she assumed I have ovulated is because of my cycle length which is 24 days cycle length before it 26/28 day but since I missed my after 4days and it came on cd31, I was happy waiting to test boom it came, since it changed to 22/24days cycle

Hello dear.
I think you should try the milk, banana, baking soda and egg combo. I hear it helps with ovulation. I've heard of Okra water too, soak some chopped okra in water and drink the water before ovulation. I really don't know the full info about the okra water therapy sha but I know its chopped okra soaked in water. Other mamas will come and add more. Stay blessed

Happy new Year Nairalanders,
I have been TTC for almost 3years now, we have carried out all necessary test in a hospital and also a private laboratory.
Each finding showed that I was not properly ovulating, the last diagnosis showed low Progesterone of 0.2ng/mL.
I have taken Clomid and Letrazole as prescribed by the doctor and also HCG shot before a failed IUI.
What would be the best solution to this?
Thanks

Have you done hsg to check for the patency of your tunes? This is very very important

Consider the following stats;

A third of infertility is caused by female factors
A third of infertility is caused by male factors
About 20% of infertility is unexplainable
About 10 to 15 percent of infertility is as a result of both male and female factors

Among women, the main causes of infertility are

Ovulatory disorders – Issues around the monthly release of an egg from the ovaries. Ovulation disorders can be caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid problems, or premature ovarian failure where the ovaries stop working before the age of 40

Tubal disorders – This is when the fallopian tubes become blocked or infected

Uterine Issues – This relates to issues such as fibroids, polyps (Endometriosis), or adhesions

Health and lifestyle choices – Some lifestyle choices including nutrition may affect fertility in women. What you eat and the nutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc) you get may affect your menstrual cycle, ovulation, and overall hormonal balance.

Drugs and medicines – The long-term use of some drugs and medicines can affect fertility. For example, medicines used for chemotherapy can sometimes affect fertility. Illegal drugs such as cocaine may also affect fertility and make ovulation more difficult.

I guess the pregnancy wasn’t up to 2 weeks while this test was done right ?

Hi beautiful mamas.
I have been a silent follower for a while now.
I have the symptoms of pelvic infflammatory disease and ultrasound scan indicates that too, HVS test indicates e.coli. I have not done HSG to rule out blocked tubes. I have treated the infection about 3 times with no headway. I have been TTCing for over a year.
I am ready to go through the process again.
What are my options?

Treat the infection again?
Go for HSG to check tubal patency and use serrapeptases with Chinese teas?
Go for herbal treatment? Please recommend herbs.
Would like to connect with you all.
Thank you.
Lots of baby dust to us all and BFP.

KINDLY MAKE SUGGESTIONS.

Doing hsg, while hving infections is a big no no
Ecoli is stubborn, and usually comes from fecal matter.

Review your toilet hygiene thoroughly and your se, x practices also
