Lazyyouth4u: Nobody can arrest him for posting this. It's already available on the internet and in bank training school. Every properly trained banker has been taught PLI (Placing, Layering, Integration). Actual money laundering goes beyond all this plus Nigerian criminals might not really have to do money laundering. It is a waste of time to be laundering 1 billion or less. 3 Likes |

einsteine: Its obvious to everyone. Technology would take over everything, but it cannot trump humanity. The reason why there were protests in various countries when national governments issued a second phase of lockdowns was because people were tired of staying at hone. They needed to go about their normal lives (things which made them human) despite having technology to cater to those needs. 1 Like |

einsteine: Nobody can arrest you for posting ‘pointers for those interested in laundering money’ on an online forum that is full of many idle youths?? I don’t know what to say to you. Let me just leave you to believe you actually posted something smart up there. You seriously believe you are being intelligent by saying actual money laundering goes beyond what Nigerian criminals are doing and that anything below 1 billion Naira is a waste of time? How many yahoo boys, drug boys, kidnappers, armed robbers are doing 1 billion per transaction? You think EFCC and AML authorities in other countries are stupid when they are snooping banks for people randomly depositing over 10k dollars? Abi you think say na only politicians dey launder money? I give up. |

Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by einsteine(m): 12:21pm On Jan 23, 2021 |
Lazyyouth4u: Again, I reiterate nobody is arresting anybody for giving pointers about money laundering. Otherwise, movies and books about money laundering and crime wouldn't exist. The Firm by John Grisham won't exist. No serious fraudster or drug dealer is unaware of AML regulations and like I said, Nigerian criminals do not generate ongoing transactions to the level that they need to do any serious money laundering. A "g-boy" who just did a bec fraud of say 200k (less than 100 million) does not require any serious knowledge of money laundering and does not even need to launder that money per se. I will not elaborate beyond this. People who do serious money laundering are either those who need to get their cash to a safer location where it can't be siezed (e.g. politicians) or those with an ongoing criminal enterprise (e.g. high level drug dealers). I just remembered how much of a cantakerous character you are, I shouldn't have provided any explanation. |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Nobody: 12:33pm On Jan 23, 2021 |
einsteine: Nonesense you have written there. Crap! You know nothing about AML. Go and learn how to spell ‘cantankerous’ before you can use it to describe someone you do not know. I bet that cheap ass phone you use no even get spell check. Imagine me wasting my time responding to a hustler that sells used fake generator and phones on NL. Only God know where you find those items. On top of that, people still dey give you bad reviews. Are you not ashamed of yourself? See your nasty looking dirty nails

I thought this thread would be free of every gbas-gbos this new year. Lets be focused and put all unnecessary confrontations aside. We cannot afford to make same mistakes we made last year, redefine and re-examine yourself. |

Leezah:I'd say it shouldn't affect much in the long run. With more dollars printed cos of covid, the value of the dollar will fall and more money will flow into assets. But then, you can ask on the crypt0currency thread for more varied opinions. 2 Likes |
