Money has a spirit and some people are influenced by it, that's when they will feel they have gotten away, u can't do anything so no need to send it or that money will have another use in their hands or they will vex that u asked for ur money with a harsh tone, some want you to do ur worst before they send it. 2 Likes |

deedee44: Is it possible u may have not even needed this top up in the first place if the recommended oil was used from day one? I agree with this your config, its situational and it serves the current condition of your car but let's not give others the impression that its unwise or there is no need to use the recommended oil in a car. I know that if the car was abused by the previous user, there's no need to start using recommended oil, just continue with the mineral oil. Also if for some reason, the car starts to short oil in between service times, its advised you use a thicker oil so as to reduce the shortage...be that as it may, that engine is serving its last days. Therefore, for the sake of others reading this thread the best practice is to use the recommended oils for your engine, gear etc, follow service protocols and other maintainance requirements for your car to work optimally and last longest. May God bless our hustle. 3 Likes |

deedee44: Boss! A lot more factors contributes, terrible roads, Nigeria Kazeems, fake engine/spare parts, lower quality imported fuel, "car" major or only means of transportation(daily basis). In abroad, they have other means of transportation. Most of them hardly use their cars even with their good roads. Oil is not the only reason Nigerians can't use a car for 8years. In fact, if we don't have all these vamparious issue listed above, we will use 1w10 engine oil type for cars for 15years 4 Likes

Slickleo: What is already understood needs no explanation.. It is common knowledge that once your oil starts to short due to neglect of some sort .. Using factory recommended choice might not be of use My topic from the start was for car owners to follow factory advice at all times .. My topic was not about oil shorting etc .. How he was able to insert his own comment that was totally deviating from my own point of view was what throw the whole thing into cluster of confusion ...... In the past car owners will asking questions about oil etc . I tell them if u have not been following the car manual, my oil is not for u .. For u to be asking about oil grade of ur car , when u can actually look at the oil cap of ur engine . shows me that u have no clue on what u doing or want ...... 3 Likes |

IFSHR: eyinola: I totally disagree with you guys on this. Bolt algorithms on request is meant to pick the closet driver the rider making a request for a ride. If all condition remains constant the request has no business sidelining the driver beside the driver and then picking a driver that's 5min away. 5min away on the Bolt App can be up to 3-5km on the driver's end on a free road oooh because most time 1m on the rider's app means below 1km on the driver's end(on GMAP) unless there's traffic it can say 5min because the Bolt App doesn't tell the rider how distance the driver is to them apart from the time. It could be that the driver was having either a network issue at the time a merger was taking place btw the rider closest to you at that time or probably you where trying to go online while the request was being made. (I believe thats what you meant by FIFO) This is only possible in the uber app and even with some ideal condition but in an ideal condition(e.g activity score and rating on previous rider btw the two party) the uber app will pick the closest driver to the rider. 1 Like |

deedee44: You're using mobile1 synthetic doesn't mean you won't top oil b4 your next change oooh lets not miss thing up or mislead people... Mind you I used the same heavily oil for 7 months on the Civic, reason why I still have the Mobil 1 synthetic under my possession. There was a time that it was even blackbishop that poured the 1ltr to gauge it properly and also I remember a time I also poured 1ltr right in his presence at his residence (the first day we met after many months of partnership). One reason or the other engine is bound to short oil and you must either top or change it totally. Also, you're using mobil1 synthetic doesn't mean your engine won't die or smoke oooh... I know somebody wey sell her Hyundia out, the engine was already smoking and shortening oil. This person uses mobil1 synthetic... Blackbishop can testify to this as well. Abeg make I no shake the table too much b4 them come for my head. People are free to go about with their opinions and business but one thing a civilized and educated person should understand is, don't force your opinion on people. In Nigeria, Live in the classroom is totally different from life in the labour market or industry. I come in peace ooh. 6 Likes
