E coli is a stubbon bacteria. When I had it as UTI, antibiotics couldn't cure it until I search on goggle for way to cure it. I discovered DMannose cure it. To conceive wt endometriosis,you have to starve the cells of the hormone estrogen. I asked for your symptoms first to know if we need to calm the pelvic nerves that might be giving u much pains cos of inflammation from the pelvic area.

What I m saying is that if you have so much pains,then we need to address that first.

Secondly you need a hormone therapy so as to starve the endometrial cells of estrogen which makes it worse with each cycle. You need either a cocp (combined oral contraceptives) for like 3 months or a Ghri injection for same 3 months after which u can now start trying again.

Unfortunately in Nigeria,it is hard to diagnose and treat endometriosis but I m happy ppl are becoming aware.

Take vitamin b6 50mg 2x daily and folic acid 1x daily. Vitamin b6 increases progesterone and reduces the symptoms. If you don't have money for the b6 in pack, go for counting ones as they are the same.

Like other mama said, treat the infection first before going for HSG.

May I ask dear,what did you do to establish you have endometriosis? Because I know it is only ascertained through laparoscopic surgery. Did u do that?

What she did was that she took combined oral contraceptives for 2 months. While on it,she was taking almond nuts,fruits and vegetables. And she was on amitriptyline for the pain too. After the 2 months,they tried and conceived.

If you haven't established that it is Endo,then you have to be sure first. Also she was working wt a consultant gynaecologist. Also she took letrozole for ovulation induction before trying. I hope this helps you.
