Except if you have an ulterior motive, your comment is untrue. Port Harcourt is not ravaged at all. It is a beautiful place with one or two ghettos. Every city has such places. If we all stayed back in our villages, there will be no ghetto, ghettos are a function of economic disparities in cities. Port Harcourt is largely a beautiful place to live.

This is true. Black soot is a menace during the dry season in Port Harcourt. People complain every year in the last 5 years and nothing has been done about it. Visit the hospitals now and see loads of people with respiratory issues.....I'm talking both infants, children, the middle aged and the elderly. Terrible
