Sadiq trumps Tammy in so many ways, such, as; dribbles, hold up play, spatial prowess and play making. Sadiq's close control trumps those of many elite strikers in the top five leagues, here Tammy doesn't come close, not even an inch. Pair Sadiq with Werner, just the way he is most times paired with Tammy, and see Werner tearing nets - such is his(Sadiq's) quality and influence as a number 9

Good point thou

Will watch out for this

Remove Awoniyi from the list, he just had a purple patch, Awoniyi is not good enough, honestly, otherwise, what do you consider his strength as a striker?

What about simmy ?

Hold up play, making runs, heading and a good final pass.

Jean Seri has returned to France with Bourdeux and Ivory Coast is on the verge of securing the services of Axel Zagadou. Soon, Amad Diallo is gonna be doing his thing for Manchester United. Chai unu amaro ka CIV siri kwado grin. The way ivory coast is going, dem go dey chop many teams like suya oo. I magine the line up below, with Zagadou in the place of Traore in that defense, omo Rohr go pee his pants finish with his usual "young team"excuses even before match go start sef grin

Good final pass, really? How many assists does he have to his name?

Sadiq had 17 assists last season. Not many midfielders have that number of assists talk less of strikes. The thing is he needs to do it in a top league.

Forget the league. Tactically and technically Sadiq is very good. He has a lot of qualities

Many teams EXCEPT Nigeria, Algeria, Senegal, Morocco.

Rohr's presence does not diminish the fact that Nigeria have got a deeper pool than CIV.

I can see you spent enough time with your Ivorian fellows feeding on their Jollof and local delicacies. Now your tummy don full making you come dey type this thing as if CIV go win next Afcon. Lol

Remind me again where dem reach for Afcon 2019 with their "wicked pool" of talents? grin

With Rohr at the helm, we go chop am pass. Tell me how we gonna withstand that firepower and brutal defensive set up with an inept coach who develops cold feet at every mention of a big name, and he can't for once think outta the box

When they hard a line up that consist of Kolo You're, Eboue, Yaya Toure, Didier Zakora, Kalou, Aruna Kone, Drogba, etc etc, they still did nothing as a team, so nothing new about this line up

Believe me when I say CIV wouldn't even survive our own firepower quick enough to be able to make theirs count. We are just better and that cannot be overlooked.

CIV didn't have an inept Rohr but didn't go as far as Rohr did with Nigeria at the last major tournament. Not saying Rohr is great. Bit he did outdo CIV's so called "competent mind". wink

They don't match us in attack on the overall. We are better. In midfield, we are better.

Central attacking options. NGA >>>> CIV. Their first choice is not even better than Nigeria's Third choice.

Wing options. NGA = CIV.

Midfield. NGA >>>> CIV

Defence. NGA = CIV.

GK (Last line of defence). Their own dey TP Mazembe or so... We have two fine stoppers in Europe playing regularly. He may be experienced but ours are young and talented. But if we talking experience vs experience... Then maybe Akpeyi of Kaizer Chiefs can be brought up. grin

which CIV will make you pee in your pants? Pepe!? how many Ivorian strikers are on fire this season? Zaha that i rate sef he blows hot and cold.

Overall the Ivorians have a decent squad. with good coaching they can go far but i'm most definitely not looking at them and feeling intimidated.

Rape? 1-0 loss in the semis in 2006 Afcon. 1-0 loss in the group stage in 2008 Afcon. Both close games... And you say rape.

Okay fine. What about the 2-1 we knack them with a less talented team? grin A team that could only boast Mikel, Moses, Yobo and Enyeama as the real star men pre-tournament.

Their golden generation was a total failure. They only managed to finally win the 2015 Afcon. And Drogba wasn't even a part of the party. That points to how much they underachieved in their prime.
