1). New revelation: It’s something that God told them and didn’t tell anyone else. They dont go by traditional doctrine and beliefs. They have got something new and exciting. Something that no one else has that they claimed that Jesus or God or an angel appeared to them in a dream or a vision and gave them something special. See (Colossians 2:2-3 kjv) to refute this stupid claim.

2) A new interpretation: They are right and everybody is wrong. To refute see 2 Peter 1:20.

3). They have a non Biblical source of authority. This means they have sacred writings in addition to the Bible. To refute, see (Psalms 119:89 kjv).

4). They believe in salvation by works. Works to get saved and works to stay saved. To refute, see (Ephesians 2:8-9, 4:30, Titus 3:5 kjv).

5). They have an earthly leader that has been appointed by God to represent God while they are here on earth. To refute, see (Matt 24:4-5, 1 Corinthians 3:21 kjv).

6). They have another messiah. They teach that Jesus is a god and a created being. Sometimes a prophet or a good man, but he is not part of the trinity. See (1 Tim 3:16 kjv).

7). They reject Biblical Christianity. To refute, see (Isaiah 5:20, Colossians 2:8 kjv).

8 ) .They have a changing theology. Their doctrines are not clear. They keep changing their beliefs to fit into the society. See (Ephesians 4:14-15, 2 Tim 3:7 kjv).

These cults abound in our society. We know them.

Meanwhile, anyone that has the Light will never miss the Way.

I agree to all except one point though it's slightly right. I don't agree completely.


New Interpretation. While God will continue to give fresh interpretation.. Fresh interpretation and I'm right and everyone is else is wrong is a pride full spirit and doesn't seek edification but to puff up self, promote self worship.
