Mine is doing the same as well, mostly happens whenever I unlock the phone, i'ld have to lock and unlock again... Although I was thinking maybe the issue js my almost filled storage... also I still have a pending update. Perhaps a factory reset? anyone?

For frequent freezing on A5 pro.
Remove the screen completely and carefully gum it back with d help of an engineer.

I did mine myself
NO MORE FREEZING

When will Umidigi release another better track, my f1 don tired me and it's like f2 sef don tired people so I no fi buy am again. Make they give us f3 or something better

Which kind gum you use Boss. My A5 pro replacement screen just arrived. I fixed it myself. It's working fine, but I haven't applied glue abi na gum to the screen.

Great people plz help me. My umidigi A3 back camera can no longer snap a clear picture both outside and indoors. The pictures are always blurry.
The sefie camera is still very sharp unfortunately I can no longer use the back camera in snapping anything now am thinking of buying a new phone.

Please can anyone help me on tips to fix this? I've even checked for updates and it keep telling me my device is upto date.

Av u tried cleaning the glass covering the Back Camera lens? it might be dirt causing it...

Or better still screenshot ur Camera settings mk it no be say una dun tamper wif d settings
