My sister wants to apply for B-2 Visa for my mum but the Agent told her that there are no visa interview dates presently at the lagos Embassy, please how true is this?

We must not derail this platform from its purpose which is, to educate and assist would be visitors to the US on how to go about their applications without resorting to the dubious agents.
Please let's eschew insults and verbal wars. Let's demonstrate high level of decorum and decency on this forum.

I filled my uncle's wife's application along with mine. they approved her and denied me.
though I was the one that answers all the questions.

I am self-employed, I run a fashion home in Abuja , but I have a friend who want to send me U.S invitation , after when I made cloth for his wife. I will need some guidelines, please kindly me.

Gave birth in 2018 in Houston, renewed in 2019 even though the hospital I used is one of the low cost ones listed.
I didn’t use the 2 years visa I renewed in 2019 that expired January 2021.
Thought that will matter as I hear people say if you don’t use a visa, it matters.
The officer asked me where I was headed and I told him.
He asked why? I replied that I am going for vacation with my toddler.
He asked, what I do for a living, if I am married and what my husband does.
After typing he said my passport will be ready in 5 days.
I said thank you and left.
I hope this will help someone.

My son and husband are Americans and if I wanted to have a green card through a b1/b2 I would have long ago cos as an idiot that you are you have no idea how long I’ve been married or any idea whatsoever about my life.. fool, gtfoh!!!

I have a friend who’s visiting but didn’t get an appointment in Lagos, she had to get one in Abuja and had her appointment there, her visa will be ready by Tuesday but I learnt there are no dates in Lagos until August
