This submission for Ole just confirmed my take about us player a higher line this season and which probably the likes of Maguire and lindelof are not used to yet, hence the loads of goals we've been conceeding so far, especially the goals from over the top balls from the opposition. Like ole said, we've defended deeper in the past, hence our good defensive record last season.

Hope this experiment of his don't get him sacked sha. Because one thing is sure, it's either the player adapts to this method and it begins to pay off for the team, or we get even worse defensively which ultimately lead to his sack if we don't get result. I sincerely hope for the former

How do you get assists when your passes are being wasted? He has created more goal scoring opportunities than all our players apart from Bruno.
He needs to improve his scoring, that i agree with you but that assist stat is vey misleading.

75K isn't outrageous for 19 year old it's just more than average, even Brandon Williams earns 75k. United generate a lot of revenue so it's normal we pay more than average as expected.

I think we should stop using other clubs as criteria as to what we pay players, like I said it's not outrageous it's just more than average.

Our wage structure is fairly balance, De gea earns 375k but he was given that contract he did deserve it but drop in form is making people question his wages now.

I actually have no qualms about how much Greenwood is earning now. I think it’s a really good deal.

The contract will be due for renewal in 2026- when he’s 24 years old. Paying him that much around that age (23, 24) if he becomes phenomenal is a good deal for the club.

I’m guessing we’ll renew the deal before then sha. Cos Greenwood has a huge potential.

It’s a 5 year deal. His contract will be due for renewal when he’s 24. Paying a 23 year old 75k isn’t that bad. At that age Shaw was already earning over 100k.

And he’ll only demand more and we’ll open negotiations 2 years before then if he starts scoring 20+ EPL goals per season.



Contract negotiations under Ole has been good so far. We’ve stopped throwing money at players.
