Now that you have been caught in the web, you'll need to apply the gradual withdrawal approach. If you were betting everyday, reduce it to once a week, then once in 2 weeks etc...

If you want to buy something necessary,don't leave with more than the amount you need to afford it.
Don't think of making more money than you can make through your job.
Don't think of helping anyone financially except your children and wife if you have.
