RuudVanNisteroy: So after the Imo state judicial panel findings with enough evidence, can't they approach the court of law to get court order in sealing the properties? |

Where two elephants fights, grass suffers. That is the typical example of what play out in Imo State. |

Just imagine criminals and thugs posing as their excellency. Its quite unfortunate that in this black hole of a nation politicians seek to use the instrumentality of the state to fight personal battles leaving the citizens they are supposed to rule to suffer. "Power is transient" is one phrase our foolish politicians have failed to realize. Before Uzodinma was a certain Ikedi Ohakim, and before them was a certain Achike Udenwa. These clowns should realize that they will be in a trashcan of a better forgotten history someday. |

Re: Okorocha's Arrest: We Shall React Fully To The Situation - Sam Onwuemeodo by Agboriotejoye(m): 7:50am On Feb 23, 2021 |
Monogamy:It has powers to make some pronouncements and recommendations to govt on the subject under reference. Just like the Lagos Endsars panel ordered lekki toll gate shut and later reopened it. That's why it's usually headed by a retired jurist. |

Agboriotejoye: And after their findings with probably glaring evidence, why can't they approach a court of law and present their case? |

Agboriotejoye: Are you saying Imo state government have power to prosecute someone without going to court? Where is the separation of power? |
Re: Okorocha's Arrest: We Shall React Fully To The Situation - Sam Onwuemeodo by Agboriotejoye(m): 9:12am On Feb 23, 2021 |
Monogamy:What exactly are you saying? What do you mean by prosecute someone without going to court? I'm telling you that a judicial panel can make recommendations to the governor and the governor can take actions on such without needing a court order. What's so difficult to understand in that? Or why do you think the panel is headed by a judge? |
