I have been wondering where @rabidoracle is.

His silence here is very loud.

I pray he is well and safe wherever he is considering the Covid era.

I am really curious to know why a stock like Zenith that pays clost to N3 as dividend per year struggles to sell at N30.

This is amazing to me.

Maybe oga @emmanuelewumi will know better

Leave your curiosity and enjoy the cash flow from the business

Even during the worst years some stocks were doing more than 100%

Please note that these numbers where based on the notion that it was bought at min and sold at max.
Great effort, sir. Well-done! However, anyone that is able to do this consistently must be using correct kayamata grin. In fact, most investors that bought say Zenith at N10.70 in March 2020 only used the opportunity to average down. It's rare to see investors that bought their entire holdings of a particular stock at exactly the year low. Almost impossible!

You are correct but the latent point i was making is that if you have a moderately good selection process you can take 50 to 60% or more out of available 100 plus annually.

Exactly my point. the 1.2 now is equivalent of 0.3 ie 1.2/4
the current price for lasaco at 1.12 is equivalent to 0.28 before reconstruction or am I missing something..

Of course you cant take all, but i believe 40 or say 50 out of d available 100 plus is possible, some people here do it.
It is import to know that such return is available annually.

Never on a consistent basis, if not you would have turned N1 million to N60 Million in 10 years or less

There is some error there oo. Same for me. Your units did not reduce in your brokers account but the units have reduced on your cscs account. the brokers are now updating some of the clients account. The whole thing is a big mess. People are seeing big profits but no be soo.. Dont know how they will sort this out for those that sold based on old reconstruction units..

That's such a big m.e.s.s!
Should we now say the coy didn't carry the brokers along......in terms of circulars and all that?
Well, they'll find a way around it anyway.
