You see, you are right about the Earth being a closed system, but what you don't know is that a closed system does not mean nothing can get out of it.

A closed system simply means nothing can naturally get out of it. It doesn't mean that nothing can get out of it.

If you carry out an act that is against the natural law, you will get out of a closed system.

This is why astronauts are able to go to space.

They broke the natural law.
