Do the top ups.
From there, you can get verified by IBMS, then HCPC certificate.

He had more than the required balance in his account for about 36 days.

Did biometrics 18th January

Took out all the funds after 36days

But application was still with UKVI

Got interviewed on 24th Feb

Got a refusal mail because their investigation shows the funds have left the account.

Now someone is suggesting he goes for Admin review... We are confused now and don't know what to do...

You can't really blame agents..... the rules are in black and white for you to read yourself . Its a process that don't even need an agent

That been said I won't go for admin review, you might lose. If its only a little that was taken out then maybe you can present that it was done to be used for school waka. However all taken out flags that this not a genuine account build.

You can try apply again and ensure you leave it to the end but nobody can predict how the second application will go. Due to this first one there might be extra scrutiny, interviews and checks. You can then only prepare well and hope for the best

Banks are never to divulge the present account balance of their customers.

Well the guidelines say anyone refused before shouldn't use priority/super. They can but at their own risk

They need to read that refusal letter carefully because what the husband committed is fraud else reapplying again may trigger a ban.

This is not about leaving the money there this time around, the impression here is that he doesn't have the money to study in the UK.

This is why countries like Germany and Norway will demand that you deposit the money in their bank account and it will be blocked until you get to that country.

There are bunch of people here who will always claim that the bank can not give out your bank info to the embassy bla bla bla, that the embassy has no right to ask such question, they always have an uncle or a friend who works at the bank and deals with the embassy. smh

You are one of the people i was referring to in my last post, when you submitted your visa application willingly and sign the disclaimer you have given the embassy the right to verify the info you submitted.

The bank is not your partner in crime so will not cover up for you because they have their image to protect.

You always think you know it all but you really don't. Banks owe customers fiduciary duty to protect their private details at all cost. The disclaimer you talked about has nothing to do with this legal relationship.

Stop claiming knowledgeable in area you know nothing about. I have worked in that sector before.

The questions from embassy to banks during verification is a "yes or no" question, and usually doesn't require banks to check present status of the customer's account.

I don't really know but some of our banks that have adopt international standards of banking never divulge this information and fill the questionnaire from embassies carefully.

lol..i was right when i made the initial comment, we have people like you who always claimed to have worked in the bank but got no clue how the embassy finds out when an applicant fiddles with bank account.

Why would you use a contact number that is switched off...... I don't think that was a wise decision. If its me I would have left it on to roam for the 10days
