I paid extras for 3 - 5 days shipping. Items arrived in over 30 days... Lol. Most of these guys are just plain mean.

My advice:
1. Make up your mind that there will be delays in shipments.

2. If what you're buying is not too expensive and quantities are small, please buy from AliExpress and ship through the post office. Some items I ordered on Ali arrived before these the ones I paid extras for.

3. Don't believe their shipping duration at all. All these 3 - 5 days/ 7 - 10 days na wash.

4. Do not contact anyone here if you're not a VERY patient person.

5. If your order is for business and profit margins are low, please don't use anyone here.

I may give more details of my experience in due course. For now, I'm still mourning my losses. This country is hard.

Hi RCDIY, I plead on behalf of my company and others but please do note that during the margin of holiday, they'll be a delay which is common and sometimes it could come from some suppliers and the airlines, this is what some customers don't understand and that's why we (Nicargo.com) close or end our services of taking orders from customers on December 23rd (which was later extend to 28th) 2020, to avoid delay in goods arrival and also gave a notice to those using their suppliers to move their goods to our Chinese office address that they must be a delay on holiday and if they can be patient with it they should keep on bringing their goods to our office.

First of all, I'll appreciate this good Chief Ogocology (I don't know if he is on Nairaland) and other customers who really understand how the system works when told though they was a disappointment on the goods arrival (delay) because of that holiday.

my advice or contribution to this is that, as a customer, if you can't exercise patient, please don't buy or ship goods during the holiday because they must be a little delay on it.

My advice: if the agents here that we comfortably call our own can't deliver,then try get a good procurement officer in China or negotiate yourself with the company,then use the big shipping companies and save your self of the stress.

You are talking theory. It seems you have not been into the importation business. Try and do it for one full year, you will have bags of experiences and your statement above will no longer apply. It is not that simple as you present it.

4: They weight giving to you by nicargo.com can be 2 different, how and why?

when your goods reaches their Chinese office address, you'll be given the weight and price of shipping (that's money wen you go pay and dey ready to pay when it arrives to avoid Demurrage charges) then when it arrives Nigeria, you'll be given a final weigh of your goods.
