Go ahead with the administrative review.... Cuz bank will never confirm if money wasn't in your account they will only confirm the statement of account..... Maybe they are trying to use reverse psychology, so if truly money is in the account he will do administrative review.

Don't be scared.
Administrative review will only check if the ECO made errors not that they will start confirming any documents again.

I don't understand this statement. ..... the rule is for you to file for a child then both mother and father should also file and be in the UK.

So if the biological father wants to file, he should have intention of bringing both mother and child

The questions from embassy to banks during verification is a "yes or no" question, and usually doesn't require banks to check present status of the customer's account.

Exactly. I don't want to say much about this again. Banks don't divulge customer's sensitive information to UKVI. I don't have to argue on what I know and have handled.

This can only be possible if UKVI has a third party app that they use to check applicant's information. This is possible because western intelligence agencies have such access even though it's illegal. I repeat on a confident note that banks don't reveal applicant's balance.

The bank I worked for doesn't't divulge present status of customer's account to a third party. I am not sure of other banks but it's against international banking standard

If you send a bank statement to the embassy, the embassy will send it to the bank to confirm all the letter on that statement if it's genuine as at the day you printed it. So it not like the embassy will mail the bank to confirm if the funds is there or not.

Unless you work in the embassy then this is pure speculation.... its possible they have different process per naija bank .

Because while you state this confidently , other personal experience has proven that some have been checked

Ok i understand that but this is the issue, she will be heavily pregnant while attending lecture and preparing for first semester exam, then she will give birth by July and by Sept she will be expected to go back to school for her final semester.

I think this will be too much for her to handle and still come out with a good result considering huge amount involved here.


Yes she needs to inform the school because some schools actually have provision for pregnant students, they may allow her sometimes to do assignments/final projects etc.

If she wants to go ahead with it then she needs to make adequate plan for the unborn baby and lay it out in her visa application because the embassy will be interested to know her she plans to take care of baby and still study full time.
