Please wake up. Mosque alone can't make a place to be the best city in a continent. Abuja is not even the best city in Nigeria.

I don't want to go back and forth with you on this, just accept and move on, or let just agree to disagree.
Joe Biden is not a celebrity, but a public servant, although his popularity makes him a public figure, but that's doesn't make him a celebrity.
Celebrities are entertainers.
Just differentiate between an entertainment super star and a politician, that would do you good bro.

Roan77, you can review this history.

Hope it will open your mind.

Apart from the road from Airport to Abuja city - everything else is Nigeria type of mess. Abuja itself lack inner roads right into CBD.

Don't even attempt to compete with South Africa try aim for Kenya

Let not touch thika, or upcoming expressway - and see these smaller roads

Abuja excels more in inner roads than major roads. There's a particular road named after Nairobi, Mogadishu, Kinshasa, parakou, I remember back then in 2009 I'd just step out for a little work at parakou crescent, it was so peaceful with leaves on either side of the road, then there's a particular road i loved driving on, it felt as if I was gonna fly. Well honestly Nigeria hasn't marketed Abuja like Kenya has done with Niarobi. Only 2 or 3 African countries has metro rail connected to the airport. For a city that started developing in 1992 it has achieved much more than most cities in Africa and other continents.

Ooh pleaassee. You don't know Abuja. You need to leave that village and travel out. I bet if you step your foot in Abuja, you will be twisting your skinny neck around Abuja like a village Mumu.

Abuja roadsl network Alone is bigger than the whole road network in Kenya. Far more cleaner than Kenya. Far more bigger than Nairobi. Far more planned than the whole of Kenya. Abuja's neighborhood is bigger than any neighborhood in Kenya. Go and compare your slumpolis with Uganda.

Wrong example bro,
Rome is a religious capital especially for the Catholics. Turkey is also one the greatest places for muslims.

Just ignore that clown, churches and mosques are part of Abuja city just like any other city in this world.
If he thinks he has issue with a mosque or a cathedral being a landmark of Abuja he can go and burn the sea.

For a mosque or a national cathedral to be a landmark of a city there must be something special about it's architecture, its history or it's importance to the people.

Such arguments should be ignored.

Nigeria has long way to go in roads - if not totally unkempt road it's pedestrian crossing anywhere anyhow. In Kenya it's illegal to just cross the road; we build footbridges worth 2m dollars plus - and the median of the road is secured. This to avoid accidents and traffic jam by folks crossing highways

Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Moi International Airport, Mombasa, have bagged the coveted Best Airport Size and Region award by the Airports Council International.
ACI - the voice of world airports, handed the two airports the prize for their excellence in customer service.
Nairobi’s JKIA won the 2020 Best Airport by Size and Region in the 5 - 15 million passengers per year in Africa.
MIA won the 2020 Best Airport by Size and Region under 2 million passenger per year in Africa in ACI’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey.
Kenya Airports Authority acting Managing Director Alex Gitari said the recognition was timely.
He cited major rehabilitation works at KKIA and MIA which are geared to further improve on customer experience.
“Winning these awards is a reaffirmation of our commitment to providing our customers with a stress-free travel experience,” he said in a statement by KAA on Monday.
“We are truly excited and encouraged by these prestigious awards which herald a new horizon in our customer satisfaction journey across our airports,” the KAA acting managing director said.
KAA is also undertaking renovations at JKIA’s Terminal 1B and C to improve passenger experience.
ASQ conducts customer experience measurement and benchmarking, capturing passengers’ experience at all airport contact points at more than 300 airports worldwide.
ACI World Director General Luis Felipe de Oliveira congratulated Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) for its efforts in improving customer experience.
“I congratulate KAA on the success in the Airport Service Quality Awards which represent the highest possible accolade for airport operators around the world on customer experience.”
“During this most difficult and challenging of years, customers have spoken and recognized the successful efforts of the team at KAA in providing a superior customer experience under trying circumstances,” Felipe de Oliveira said.
The ACI Awards for JKIA and MIA followed after a recent recognition of the two airports under ACI World’s Voice of Customer Initiative.

JKIA ranked second fastest growing cargo airport worldwide
