Absolutely the move before the red card was really smooth. Purposeful dribbling and if not for that tackle, na another Maradona, messi, George Weah, Christopher Nwosu, Henry type solo goal be that o.

BVV u are too much abeg!!! I wish u can get into the LMC honestly. Meanwhile where is the gorgeous Dr. Likita?

Exactly and after those types of goals the main thing people say is why didn't they bring him down?

LMC? I would love to have a sit down with some higher ups because I feel I have a an idea that will boost the league's popularity.

And oh yes!! I also miss the good Doc. She always had on point information on the league. I do hope she is well.

see who is talking. You are a beer parlour analyst. It is an insult to classify yourself a football analyst lol. If you know football and that you have eyes you will see that napoli players don't pass the ball when Osimhen make run into space. Of course you are blind and sentiment want to finish your destiny. Gettat

Who are this people God? smh. you haven't even dropped a reasonable fact but have dropped a whole lot of hate in one post, effortlessly. how y'all jump into insults after a lil argument that's supposed to be factual and educative, into a battle of words surprises me tbh. the funny thing is that you two were saying the same thing while dragging other players.

trust me I know the beer parlour analyst now lol

I noticed something recently. I may be wrong as well. a lot of us here prefer/support a particular player, instead of the team. which I think was the main aim of this thread. some people think osimhen is untouchable while out there a lot of players are firing hot. moffi don dey gather fans, same thing with Sadiq and onuachu, it's not bad at all. but can we please support all of them? abeg na super eagles no be super eagle

You are not wrong

There are some players you can’t criticize here when they have a bad game unlike some others like iwobi aina and few others

This place is full of double standard fellows ,and to make it worst 90 percent of these guys are quick to bash others and call them kids just because of a sincere opinion

For the heartland one, I think the 7mins added on is justified, the time wasting by dakkada was too much based on the 1 minute highlights you showed.

For the Enyimba one, offside calls are difficult to get spot on. Even with VAR, tons of questionable calls are made in the European leagues. Hiw much more where we dont have VAR. The linesman cn argue that he didn't have the benefit of freezing the play like you did. Icon4s am trying my best o.
That penalty one, akwa own be like man utd in their game against Chelsea, the referee also thought how can 9ja man wey dey chop akpu just fall down like that with not too much contact now.

I totally agree with you but just being honest the lines men in the NPFL are too poor. U won't find a game without them making mistakes and it is always goal scoring opportunities they flag.

Regardless of that I still tried to keep a cool head when discussing it because those guys are humans too.

I agree that the way the Akwa player fell might have made the ref second guess but that was a clear pen IMO

iheanacho too. come to think of it, if iheanacho wasn't putting in work like we all think, will Rogers start him at all? I mean, he even paired him with vardy. I watched as Ayoze Perez, Under and demarai gray all can't even start a game, with gray moving out on loan, while nacho stays. Lastly, I don't think Leicester has a project at all (Lol) nor do they have tactics. all they do is move the ball out of their half and everyone starts running sheepishly.
I think he deserves same treatment and support just like osimhen, same as chuba akpom, dessers and the rest

Aina's case is... okay
milner and azplicueta's versatility is one of the major reasons they're so relevant in the game, and that's one thing aina posses, still...

Y'all act like the Serie A is one interesting league with a lot of showings. with their slow tempo game coupled with the fact that they they field 18 defenders, 2 goalkeepers and 2 strikers. juve had that issue, spent a lot of money in their midfield just so that there could be creativity. the league suffers the same thing, everyone wants to shoot from outside the box. a league that was built for bakayoko and Vidal Lol. osimhen will adapt.

he was obviously new and came with a vibe. linked up well with Mertens. baba fit don go ginger one of the OGs based on sey e slap am for yansh for training (obviously not normal in naija Lol).
osimhen looked sharp during the pre season and was on the paths to hitting the ground running. until zeilinski started running mad at his feet. and of course, lozano is preferable so Insigne will always look for him instead.

We know that Osimhen might end up Scoring or flopping but the WORST possible excuse that you can use is "Descrimination" (They won't pass the ball to him" or "Voodoo" (He shouldn't had celebrated his bday and allowed someone to spray money on him in nigeria) Worst possible excuse. Infact, it is so Senseless that it doesn't even require a response.

My best strikers on immediate form are Terem Moffi and Sadiq Umar.

Striker Analysis

Paul Onuachu does not fit our formation and we need immediate results at least for next month.
As time goes on, we will figure out how to use him effectively

Taiwo Awoniyi only has 5 goals. Forget the top 5 league rating, his goal scoring is not enough even though he his good at
bothering the full backs and he is mobile

Sadiq Umar offers something different with his creativity. His style of play is unique and that is his major selling point
Remove the fact that he is in a lower league and you will see that he offers a lot to a team in terms of not only
goals but mobility, creativity, defense splitting passes etc

Moffi's style of play easily fits into our own as he is aggresive and mobile.

The problem with you guys is comparing Farmers league stats to The Big 3. For example, osimehn isn't scoring at the big 3 but his level is still better than Sadiq/moffi who are at Farmers league. They would have to prove themselves at the big 3 to even have a chance of Replacing osimehn or iheanacho

"they won't pass him the ball" like they were paid to do it abi Dem no get their own career? he should either complain to the coach (he brought him in and he'd listen), the coach knows his game plan, his tactics and the players that suits his project. or better still, he should hustle for the ball. btw, I don't trust any of these early 2000 player-turn-coaches, from Henry to lampard to gattuso to Neville and co. they all share one thing in common.
Lukaku faced the same thing in him last days at United. or maybe, just maybe something had happened behind the scenes.
before pep came to city, aguero dey come midfield hustle ball, beat atleast 2-3 def score. for a start, that would boost his morale (osimhen) and also make him dependable.

y'all should stop this "big 3" rubbish my guy. ever heard of Callum Wilson? Eder? the league doesn't determine anything neither does the team, poacher na poacher. osimhen isn't a practical on every other person, and why does that affect only the strikers? I mean the whole "Europe big 3" and last time I checked, it was big 5. omo y'all should carry your standards and coach any academy team for una backyard.
talmbout "big 3" which means belgians too shouldn't invite their local players because them no reach Lol
