That bill for Compulsory Treatment and Care for Victims of Gunshots, should include compulsory treatment for victims of accidents and every emergency case that is brought to hospitals. Too often in Nigeria, hospitals reject patients in urgent need of medical attention leading to deaths that could have been prevention. That simply has to stop. |
