Lyrics269: I talk am...you are not educated. On paper Nigeria practices federal or presidential system of government, but in reality it practices unitary system. Look at the blind man telling others to go to school... You just want to show you can open a thread. Please stop embarrassing yourself in public. 23 Likes |

Warripikine: Not exactly true. It's the same reason why Governor Zulum, after 4 assassination attempts on his life in a space of 6 weeks and coupled with the fact that his region has practically been over-run by fulani bandits, can still state publicly and with a straight face too, that Bornu has never been safer than currently. All ambitious southern politicians and traditional leaders are in the same quandary -If they dare talk true to (fulani) power, they either get bumped off by UNKNOWN bandits or EFCC will come knocking 3 Likes |

It's only a person who lacks knowledge of historical facts that will insist Nigeria should continue to exist. First, the formation of Nigeria was evil in intent and the purpose was for pure stealing of resources by the colonial masters where families and lands were broken up to serve this purpose. Check your history of Berlin conference. Secondly, the constituent Nationals of Nigeria were never friendly with each other at the least before the formation of the country and these enmities had been with them over the decades of the country existence where one side is favoured over another. Among other reasons is the way regional politics were played where the incumbent president do everything at the expense of others to serve the purpose of his region alone. Which was why the country had been regressing over the years, imagine Nigeria golden age was in the 60s. The best way forward is to break Nigeria and every tribe to renegotiate who and what they will join with. 6 Likes |

No one is asking for nigeria to break let’s go back to the regional constitution we can remains Nigeria with each region managing its resources to care for her people and we can be S W E Nigeria. It’s not such a big deal let throw away this crazy 1999 constitution and re-adopt what we use to have in regional government. Nigeria is just a name we can continue to answer nigeria, not a problem but the 1999 constitution must be flush down the pit |

Lyrics269:I will start by asking, why are you defending what is in essence indefensible?? A white man and his prostitute girlfriend came to this part of the world and created an evil cage by force and named it nigga-area (something we can never do in their own land) and a fellow black man is defending it, making sure the dead white man's creation remains one what an irony. Firstly, you don't expect kanu to start employment or development when he is not the one receiving the monthly allocation from FG. Secondly, the new nation will not be anything close to nigga-area because there will not be a different law between the rich and the poor. Thirdly, there will be corrupt politicians yes but, the law must surely take its cause unlike nigga-area where nepotism is the order of the day. Lastly, how do you know that there will be lack funds and resources that will eventually make the new nation vulnerable for attacks?? 12 Likes |

Lyrics269: 1. You are right. Can you tell us what basis a nation is formed? 2. Nation is not developed by individual but by institution. Africa is backward because they are individualistic. No check and balance anybody can do anything and get away with it. Everyone must please the man at the top to eat. What nonsense! 3. This opinion is laced with ignorance from environmental adaptation. 4. Sure! But with strong institutions, they will not run their vices on our collective faces. 5. Your yard stick of measuring things has been bastardized by the low standard of the nation you live in. 6. You are right but it too China and Dubai less than 25 years to change to paradise. No one ever enjoys the beauty of Dubai untill he makes it to Dubai. Stop staying with the devil's you know when you can explore angelic regions. 1 Like |

Let me add more for you 1. There would be an exodus. Millions of Igbos back to their land, millions of Yorubas from the North back to their land, same with Hausas and other tribes 2. A lot of other tribes' investment and properties will be claimed as state property. 3. There would be more poverty. As in extreme poverty. We will all be starting from the scratch. 4. Immigration will be a big issue. Proud Nigerians suddenly turned to aliens will be a problem 5. No foreign investment in a while. The whole regions will be unstable and no sane country will want to invest knowing they might lose their investments in one flinch. 6. Tribal conflicts and more fightings. This is Africa. This is bound to continue. Let us take a look at African nations who have tried to divide in the 20th/21st century. Eritrea and South Sudan. Are they better off? Libya that fought a war in the name a of democracy still has no democracy decades after. Anyone who wants a war for Nigeria to divide is a genocidal maniac and should not be given a voice. |
