Perhaps he thought he added it but didn't......in error. He could cross check the file uploaded.

The letter says a PCC from Ukraine was missing, NOT expired.

Same shit happend to me March 2020. In my case I submitted my Austria pcc just to find out that I was suppose to apply for it after I have left the country, so it was cancelled as incomplete and all my money was refunded. I gave a warning about this issue on this forum I wonder y he didn't do research. Well there is nothing he can do about it than go back to the pool. I did same and I am currently Oct Aor. Wish him the very best

Yes he studies. He actually submitted but 2018 PCC.

What is paining me is we all kept tabs on ITA as he had 469 with profile threatening to expire. Booom, IRCC conducted two draws at 5000 Invites, I ran into the washroom (I was working) just to alert them that tie-breaker had nothing on him. He then did his thingy and never reached out to me or his unc.....

This thing happened to me last year too. Mine was Italy Police certificate but i was lucky enough that I was refused shortly before the last draw of 2020. I just went right back into the pool and I got another ITA. If you have lived somewhere else apart from Nigeria, Don't sleep on PCC issues. I wish the person the best sha.

Correct, PCC for your current country of residence CANNOT be expired at point of submitting eAPR.

PCC CANNOT be expired = PCC CANNOT be expired when an applicant submits their application to IRCC for the applicant's current country of residence = don't submit a PCC that has expired for the country you are currently living in.

.......I didn't mean PCCs never expire, apologies if it wasn't clear......perhaps I should have said MUST NOT instead of CANNOT (IELTS Writing band 9, I didn't make it to band 10)

Yes it was. Applied for it through their embassy in Nigeria. And yes it has both German and English translation.

Another error some people make is to scan their PCC in black and white when the instructions say colour......

Others will only scan the English translation of their documents without ALSO including the original document in the original language.

Others will leave a document out entirely without explanation just because IRCC says they will not reject for missing documents due to COVID.

Hope for a PNP draw before your Ielts expires, that way your test is locked in and you won't have to write another one.

I ran into a NASU staff yesterday and asked him about the strike and he told me it was called off last Monday...dont know how genuine the info is though.
