Sounds like Bla de Bla. Show us evidence that you have light industrial park for textile like Kenya's Athi River EPZ or Hawassa. Or show us those companies - data or video.

Why WOULD a normal man desire the narrow ass and morphologically immature body? Having seen what I've seen I'm convinced the last explanation, a subconscious homo impulse is largely behind the trend.

Kenya EPZ (Export Processing zones) zones are clustered around Athi RIver and Mombasa - Changamwe - and Kilifi;s Mtwapa - mainly dealing with textile and apparel - taking advantage of AGOA.

These expenditures explain growth in areas surrounding
EPZ zones in their respective geographic locations, especially those around Athi
River zone, of Athi River and Kitengela. This is similar in the case of Changamwe
in Mombasa and Mtwapa areas among others where there is concentration of
EPZ zones.

2.4.1 Athi River Zone
This zone was developed by use of public funds at the cost of US $ 30 million

The zone has two categories of industrial buildings, one put up by the public and
the other by licensed private zone developers. The public put up initial industrial
buildings of an area of 160,000 square feet. Thereafter, SME/Export Business

Point Warehousing EPZ Ltd, Nexus Holdings EPZ Ltd, China International
Investment EPZ Ltd, Ceytun EPZ Ltd, Tracejack Industries EPZ Ltd and Newland

about 308,160 square feet. All the godowns have been leased to four garments
enterprises; New Wide Garments K. EPZ Ltd, Global Apparels K. EPZ Ltd and

Kitengela (pop 150,000) - 30kms from Nairobi - has more decent estates than best in Accra. And it began as gov EPZ in 90s. It reason Kenya is leading exporter of apparel to US in Africa.

As Kitengela's middle class population has boomed, so has its wide variety of high end schools and universities to cater to the children of the middle classes. Some of the schools include Kitengela International Schools, Acacia Crest, Chuna Preparatory, Orchard Schools, Nova Pioneer Kitengela and numerous more. Some of the universities and colleges include KCA University Kitengela campus, Kitengela Institute of Management Studies, KAG East University, East African University, RAF International University among others.[8]

Kitengela's gated communities for the middle classes include Chuna, Milimani, Royal Gates, New Valley, Muigai Prestige, New World Gardens, Safaricom 1 & 2 estates, Police Sacco Estate, EPZ estate, Fountain View, Riverside, Upper Valley, Kenpipe Gardens, Acacia and many more.

Yes, kenya is many years behind Ghana and that is the reason why it has less than 6 billion dollars export.

If you had manufacturing your taxes would be high; Kenya manufacturing is 8-10% of GDP but contribute I think 20-30% of taxes. Your tax base is low because of your lack of modern economy. Remove minerals royalites - and what do you have as taxes. What is your VAT, Custom, PaYE.

And it's starting to rival Durban in efficiency wise - nowadays ships arrive, offloaded the same day and your container will be in Nairobi 500kms the same day. That is super-efficient.

Karen, runda, muthaiga, kileleshwa, kitisuru, westlands, kilimani, lavington, Kiambu etc are way above it.

but my taxes is higher

Ghana manufacturing contributes 40% of taxes

Vat, customs, income taxes form the remaining 60%.

Mineral royalties and all income from minerals
Do not form part of our taxes because they all goes into special funds.
