The Sultan, who spoke in a statement, also blamed government's inaction and unregulated statements on the social media as responsible for the avoidable conflicts. http://saharareporters.com/2021/03/08/war-not-something-nigerians-should-wish-%E2%80%94-sultan-sokoto 3 Likes 1 Share

these people should desist from brainwashing their followers and religion worshippers in the north.. No one wants war and nobody has monopoly for violence too. They will brainwash their followers thinking virgins await them in heaven while they enjoy all the virgins here on earth.. The northern part of the country needs to be educated, I mean serious education 94 Likes 7 Shares |

Sultan, if you really want to speak like an elite which you claim to be and to show that Yi you have the interest of Nigeria at heart, you should speak about restructuring this country Tell the president that if he can't restructure then let the country be divided After all we all are tired of this federation 44 Likes 2 Shares |

Many of these naive teenagers fueling ethnic crises have no idea what they're saying. In wars, no one losses and no one wins. Only the weapon dealers (America and co) win. Till today, the south East is yet to fully recover from the biafra civil war. Go to Ife and modakeke in Osun State. They're yet to recover from their foolish ethnic war. Only naive teenagers who take their knowledge from hollywood would think wars are entertaining. Should I burst your brain? Many of the Igbos who were kids during the biafran war and manged to survive curse their fathers for going into that foolish war. People's brothers were forcefully recruited and given arms. Mothers and children starved helplessly. Yes, many herdsmen are causing so much havoc but this tribal profiling is not a step in the right direction. In fact, the best way to solve it is by having insiders. We need to identify the non-criminal ones and work with them to deal with the criminals. Now, how can someone you're calling a devil be willing to provide help. We shouldn't slaughter logic and rationale on the alter of emotions. 27 Likes 5 Shares |

War seems inevitable to Nigeria's current situation. We need a reset. Instead of dieing one by one is it not better we fight it now once and for all? And let fulani be guided this time. In the last war it was all tribes against igbos and Niger Deltans. This time around even hausa is tired of fulani wahala not to mention Yorubas who are now IDPs in Benin Republic. Middle Beltans have not finished paying for their first folly in dallying with Hausa fulani in the pogrom against the east. So they won't easily join them this time. War in Nigeria is inevitable not because there can't be peace but because the ruling Fulani will not agree to a full restructure. They still think this is 1966. 33 Likes 1 Share |

It is your subjects and their marauding cousins from other African countries that are trying to bring war to the country. This is the 21st century, social media and modernism can reveal both good and bad in a matter of second not like in the Stone age. Call your subjects to order, to respect and tolerate others. Live and let live. Stop encouraging religious and tribal hatred. 22 Likes 2 Shares |

Most of the people shouting 'war' here and there has not even experienced it I guezz That is a bad thing to wish for.. I remember when me and my colleagues were posted to a community in Ogoni for examination supervision, we were not told their neighboring communities were seriously having a war..... The gunshots and murders was terrible. You could hear people running, shouting, and crying for those who lost their loved ones.. My colleagues almost pee for pant War is NEVER a good thing ! 9 Likes |

We know.. Why not call your foot soldiers to order? Disintegration is still the best solution, we have never been on the same page, NEVER. Only the greedy and the richest still wants this contraption. We are all too different, from culture, religion, tribe, beliefs, social norms, ethnics, views etc... Figuratively, we are like the picture below, we are not supposed to be together and you KNOW it. 19 Likes 3 Shares

And what are the Fulanis, bandits and BH terrorists doing oga Sultan? I am greatly ashamed you once made this unpardonable statement; "The sultan of Sokoto, the spiritual leader of Nigeria's Muslims, has condemned the military crackdown against the Islamist Boko Haram sect. "We cannot solve violence with violence," -Mohammed Sa'ad Abubakar.https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-14342863 8 Likes 3 Shares |
