To cut long story short, my passport was returned to me last week with out stamping. And now my meds has expired. Please house what options do I have now

Pls how long does it take to get your ECA report in mail after completion? It’s almost a month now(2days left) and still haven’t got mine. I think I chose regular mail while registering. I’m not entirely sure

Congratulations Ayinke! We started evaluation about the same time. I also went to Yabatech and used etx.ng for my electronic transcripts delivery which Yabatech obliged and delivered very quuckly. My verification didn't give me much trouble either. I also recently got my evaluation report too, February 17, no thanks to NOUN for the delay. However, you are 2 steps ahead of me. I hv been procrastinating on writing ielts but i will be done with that stage soon. Congrats once more!

Aside IOM and Q-Life, which other options does one have for medicals? The earliest booking dates are 8th April- QLife, 18th April- IOM.

This will give an insight on how to proceed.

I paid for WES via Western Union. Unlike with card payment when you click pay with WU, you get your reference code immediately.

You also get a Western Union Code which starts with ECA after filling in the details on the page WES redirects you to. Print a copy of the WU payment instructions document and take to your bank. This is what you'll use to fill the Int'l Forex Transfer Slip and also attach it your transfer form when done. Ensure the Payment reference ECA is clearly stated, that's what WU will use to know who is paying for what.

Note that after payment, your WES account may show that you have outstanding payment, due to exchange rate fluctuations. This is usually around $3 and you can use your ₦master/visa card to sort this out on WES web page.

The Tx reflected in my WES account after about 2 business days.

Note: this payment should be made from a Dom account, as my bank does not collect $cash for such Tx. Also, the funds were inflow, not cash lodged into Dom account. Dunno if this would affect use of funds.

Sorry to hear of your experience....IRCC's plans regarding PPR and COPR are not very clear....regarding medicals - they may extend your medicals...and they may not.

My only advice - pls just book for remeds and upload eMedical form as CSE.

You may also want to raise a CSE to document what has happened.....you got PPR on x date, sent your passport on x date, passport was returned unstamped on x date.....and upload any letter that accompanied your passport when it was returned. They should have all this in their records but best to still document it...in case of incasity.

My evaluation with WES was finally completed today. It's been a long ride since June last year. My school, Yabatech really took their time. From initially sending the transcripts, to sending certificates to verification, it felt like it wasn't going to end. I actually passed IELTS since November and would have gotten ITA since, but here am I.
My advice to any ex Yabatech student trying to send their transcripts is to use ETX. I know they'll tell you they don't send transcripts via email just send to ETX physical address so you don't go through all I had to.
Made a personal decision to celebrate every milestone on this journey. Step two down, looking forward to the rest. May it be easy for us all.

I ended up sending mine via courier. You might need to explore the same route if Wes is not receiving emails from your school

So I guess after my school sent the transcript and certificate to WES through courier, verification too has to be sent through courier.

That's strange...cos I've witnessed someone in exams and records send several mails successfully to WES before. Ur school may want to check that they are sending to the right wes mail.
Another option is someone in E&R reach out to WES via enquiry form to provide an email the school can reply to(Tip the person if u must) or You mail WES, explain the situation and ask that WES advice u on how to proceed.
Good thing ur school saw verification mail self....some persons no dey even see the verification mail at all or for months.

Verification has to come directly from ur school as u cant verify urself. So NO u cant send urself.
Best to have someone that works in Exams & Records reach out to WES and request for a functional email or ask about the fax option.
When u get ur report u will understand.....as there's a statement in the ECA that says "credentials verified by institution".
