I am yet to get a link to update my details despite requesting for it several times. Sometimes they will say error message and sometimes they will say the link has been sent yet it's not in my mailbox.

are you sure d files are not bigger than 200kb
If they are, then you have to reduce them by using a 'phot resizer' application which can be downloaded from play store

I have input my NASIMS ID and password several times to write the test but the test page is not opening. I have done it both during the day and midnight yet I was unable to open it. It would keep loading. Can someone who has written his or her own enlighten me on the way forward?? Thanks
