finally in the pool at 471, it's patience and prayers from now on

Please did you just create your profile to get into the pool? If yes, did you have issues creating your profile.

Please has anyone created a profile recently or knows someone who has recently created one without having issues?

not yet, nobody has replied, by the way,how many module of BCS is required for the evaluation?
You can PM to join my study group. Holds virtually everyday 9pm.

To your question, you've to do the 3 modules if you want it to be evaluated because if you do just 2 Wes will return it as incomplete and again BSC will only give you transcript with no certificate if you option to do just 2 modules. For now, it's only Wes that evaluates BCS. CES, and others doesn't. It stated categorically on their website. Not sure of ICES though. And by the way evaluation with ICES takes about 30 weeks now

Hello Team, someone that have written both paper based and computer based IELTS should kindly compare their experiences for me. Thanks
If you can multitask under tension take computer based.
For me I’ll say I prefer reading(So I don’t have to flip pages and I have my options side by side the passage) & writing on computer(For word count) and I prefer listening on paper (for that extra ten minutes to transfer and also being able to use my pencil to trace the word as I listen this helps my concentration to pick up every word said), paper result wait is daunting , computer result is sharp sharp 5 days max . But it’s impossible to do some modules on paper and some on the computer, so you have to chose which one you can do better with under tension.

Thanks so much for this. Just got my assessment for 2 degrees.

I understand that asking to message me may seem suspicious but there really isn't anything to hide I just didn't want it to cast grin

Basically it involves using your Bsc to apply for a similar HND course at a polytechnic, you are automatically drafted into Pre-HND. Your Bsc transcript is requested and exemptions are given on similar courses already undertaken at Bsc level. In my case, I was only told to write an exam on two courses which were not taken and didn't reflect in my Bsc transcript after which i was issued a National diploma to proceed for my HND. Sent my Bsc and ND to WES and was evaluated for two degrees.

Fees I paid were
ND1 fees 102k
ND2 fees 80k
Transcript 15k

I hope this conforms to the free information policy of this platform and is also useful to others. Thanks.

N.B I am post AOR.

Computer-delivered test has the functionality of word count in the writing test. So you don’t have to bother about counting the number of words you’ve written per time. Also, you don’t have to worry about an illegible handwriting.

In the reading section of a Computer-delivered test, you save more time as you don’t have to erase wrong answers. You simply click or drag answers on the computer screen.
Also, a large part of the passages are shown on the left hand side of computer screen while the questions are the right hand side. Thus, making it easier for you to quickly search through/navigate.

You can highlight any part of a passage on the computer screen by simply right clicking and selecting the option. So, that benefit is not limited to pen and paper test only.

Hope these few points are helpful.

Use google Chrome...delete browsing history, clear your cache...if u search a lot while creating the profile, go back and delete browsing history again...then use a good internet access...and you should be good to go...mine was hitch free apart from the 1st ineligible profile but I realised my mistake and corrected it.

Please help needed

I am at a cross road and I don’t know what to do again.

This is with respect to my BSc Verification to WES. WES mentioned they had sent to my school since 5th March. I have been in contact with my school (Registry, Exam and Records) they are saying they haven’t seen the mail. They mentioned they have checked their Spam messages too. I filled the WES form stating all these, atleast maybe they can resend, they mentioned they only resend after 7 whole weeks...HA!

I don’t even know what to do again. Any suggestions or advice will go a long way pls.

Please how long does it take to get a response from them? I already got the automated email in response to my documents submission which I did 3 days ago.
Kaycherry:
yes the email is correct..there will be 5 documents altogether.

Ensure all the edges are clear.

Ensure the seal on the CIC is in the right position.

Once you submit...they will send you a mail acknowledging receipt.
Then u wait for them to update the status.

Hello,

God bless you for your response.

Can you please shed more light. what do you mean by this; 'Pls place the appropriate number (NOC1 to NOC7) from NOC website' I do not understand.

Thanks.

......the drill...

#scientificNOCmatching.....

NOC 1122 has 7 duties. Pls place the appropriate number (NOC1 to NOC7) from NOC website beside each of your JDs above and share here......that way it'll be clear to you and any others helping to review if the match looks good.

The first list is his JD and the second list is the duties from the NOC website. Number the NOC bullet points 1 to 7 and place the appropriate NOC duty beside the JD that you believe matches it closely.
