Your contract with them ended after a decision was made on your application unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement with them.

Immigration lawyers and licensed consultants have designated portals used to submit applications for their clients. This portal is similar to yours but with options to choose additional documents. They cannot give you access to this portal because it was open with their personal information, as a result, belongs to them. And, as you said, they have other clients’ applications in the same portal.

You can create a new account and use it for study permit extensions and other applications.

This is very helpful, thanks.

Greetings guys, please i need your advice once again. I recently got my study permit visa through an agency.

They told me my contract has ended with them after they sent me LOI to canada.

When i asked for my log in details for IRCC so i can have it handy, they told me they can't give me the log in details reason being that they have a centralized log in details they use for applicants in group not single and as such they can't give me such details.

My Question: can i creat a new log in details and use if i want to request for study permit extension or any other services that requires immigration processing.

Thanks for your advice

I'll advice you wait till you get a new LOA. From what I see you'll need an enrollment letter from your school which you don't currently have so just wait for the new admission.

Thanks for your advice, well appreciated. I have decided to wait.

I used an agency for my application, you can email me if you want their service. Their service is expensive because the charge in CAD, but their success rate is high. I am a first time applicant.

I wouldn’t advise that you travel just yet. Wait till you get the new admission letter and plan accordingly

Thanks for your advice, well appreciated.

Greetings guys and Happy Sunday, please i need some advice, my course registration deadline is tomorrow 16th and my visa has been affixed to my passport and will be ready for collection this week. My Question: I wrote to the school to give me a week extension so as to arrive canada and complete my registration process.

Has anyone been granted such a request or does the school (Centennial college) give additional deadline grace. If you have any idea on this please share.

Thanks

Greetings guys,

I need an advice, i have gotten visa (i give all glory to God and to everyone that we have joined positive energy together) but courier service has not communicated with me after vfs depached it from Abuja on Thursday, i didnt even get email on which courier service that is bringing it, i am just waiting, and 16th is deadline for registration.

I was told i MUST be physically present in class on or before 16th. I am hoping to get my passport soon and get to school on 18th or 19th, depending on when i get my passport.

My school is Centennial College, i still wish to join classes, has anyone had this issue of going to Canada 4 days after school deadline and joined lecture.

Please if you can help a brother.

Thanks for your contribution.

Greetings Guys,

Centennial college gave me deadline of 14 January to be in Canada or defer to May, my visa has been affixed to your passport today.

I DHL my passport from Lagos to Abuja last week thursday. I made plans to travel today because i bought my ticket long before now in other to get cheaper rate, now i had to cancel it because my passport was finally affix today but not readily available to use.

I dont know how quick VFS courier will return back my passport, i am in the state of perplexity, is it posible to recieve my passport tomorrow, deferment will cost me alot, not an option, i am already all packed up for my journey.

I wrote to the school they still insisted i MUST get to Canada on or before 14th and be physically present in class on the 16th, i am hoping i get my passport tomorrow.

My Questions:
1) If i am unable to meet up and defer will my tuition fee be increased.
2) can one get study permit at the airport on sunday
3) who has cheaper flight link within close dates.
4) can one still get to Canada after program deadline and defers, will the immigration officers allow you in, or what can i do.
5) for those that transmitted their passport to Abuja, what is the time interval to recieve your passport from vfs abuja courier service to get Lagos and to get to you in person?

I was thinking of flying to Abuja to pick it up, but on their email it was stated you can not pick up in person.

Please any useful information you can share with me will really help.

Thanks and God Bless!

Nov 23rd - BVL Dropped after sending mails to all the emails I could find on Nairaland and webforms to Nairobi.
Nov 28th - PPR Dropped again after sending countless mails to all the Emails I previously sent to and also webforms.
Dec 1st - Submitted my Passport at VFS Abuja (I just walked in with my passport and the Photocopy of my passport data page that they stuck a white paper on after my Biometrics and told me to expect a text when the passport is ready for pickup)
Dec 6th - Got a mail and a text that my passport had been stamped and was ready for pickup.
Dec 7th - Picked up the passport from VFS ( I can't even explain how beautiful it looks).

All Documents Submitted;
1) Application of study permit made outside Canada (imm1294e)
2) Letter of Acceptance
3) Scanned Copy of Passport Info Page
4) Proof of Funds (which includes Letter of Explanation of Funding Support, Letter of Financial Support and Affidavit from Sponsor, Scanned Copy of Sponsors ID, Sponsors 6-Months Bank Statement and Reference Letter from Bank, Sponsors insurance Certificates, Sponsors CAC certificate, Sponsors Contract Memos for her company, Sponsors property Documents (3 properties), Sponsors 6 months Payslips, Sponsors Appointment and Promotion Letters, Sponsors personal cars documents, My First Semester tuition payment Receipt)
5) My Digital Photo
6) Upfront E-Medical Information Sheet
7) Family Information (imm5645e)
cool Family Birth Certificate (4 siblings, 2 parents)
9) Parents Marriage Certificate
9) Application for a TRV made outside Canada (imm5257b)
10) Client Information (which includes SOP, Acceptance Letter from my PPA during NYSC year which ended in March, University Certificate, Transcript, WAEC Result, NYSC Certificate, Online Certificates related to my preferred course of study)
12) Different Pictures of myself and all my family members at my sister's wedding, my matriculation, my mother's convocation (Most of the pictures were of myself and my mom who is my sole sponsor).

I applied by myself with all the information I got from Nairaland and YouTube. All the sponsorship letters I wrote by myself, and just gave my mom to sign and scanned. I also paid my tuition with Form A even though it was a hassle, I disturbed FCMB with emails and calls for three months before it was finally disbursed. I lost my Dad a week before I applied, but I thought against including his death certificate so it doesn't affect the application. I don't know, but I feel the application was approved because it was backed with a lot of supporting documents to prove my sponsor is really established in Nigeria and can afford to fund my stay and schooling in Canada. I also wrote a very detailed SOP about why I was going to study for a post secondary diploma even though I had a Bsc which is higher and also in a totally different field, I explained the importance to my career growth and I also emphasized that after my studies I was going to come back to Naij and pursue a career and take care of my mom most importantly.

All these couldn't have been possible without God's intervention though, so I just suggest that we all involve God in all the processes as much as we can. This journey has really thought me to never underestimate the power of prayers.
I hope this helps somebody and I wish speedy approvals to everyone hopeful for a decision.

See y'all in Canada soon!!!!

PPR Timeline and Documents

First Time Applicant
I give God the Glory for making this a reality. Truely, what God cannot do does not exist!

I would like to thank @Teeebabyyy, @Johnstan, @Thomysne @Jaykeh @Trailblazer21 @bullstriker @Joedave25 @lolathegenie and @Gigdraft @Yemilizzy for giving prompt response to my questions.

I submitted my application in July. I started visiting this platform after and I gained some wealth of knowledge.
My SOP was simple and straight to the point (2 pages with one extra page listing the documents I submitted).
I also had lump sum of 2M from my sponsor in my personal statement of account and also salary account which was a bonus from work. I did not explain the lump sums and when ever I see peoples' PPR story, I get anxious and the thought of explaining the lump sum and sending an updated SOP via webform always came to mind but I never did. To be sincere, after seeing some PPRs and documents submitted on this platform, I get worried about my application. I decided to relax and trust God to perfect it.
In August, I got a scholarship, sent it via webform but never got a response (aside generic response) until October. I also sent an email to the MP but they replied that the agents were busy with Russia applicants so they couldn't help.
2nd week in November, I sent a webform to ask for update on my application.
The following week, I forwarded email to Nairobi office.
The 4th week, I emailed Accra, Nairobi and London asking for update and also requesting them to expedite my application. That same week, I ordered my CBSA note. Lo and behold, I checked my portal a week after and saw that my eligibility had started. The following day, I received a medical request.

At a point, I sent myself my medical request, PPR and timeline. I saw someone here who did it and got encouraged to do it. The following day, I got my medical request.
Just to encourage those waiting and expecting. Please keep hope alive. It looked like a long wait and had no idea of when it will end but it finally ended in praise. So will it for the hopeful(s)
