That Officer has favourably replied my mails on 3 different occasions.

Am yet to receive mine as well, thought I was in a world of my own until I logged in into nairaland and realized there's a whole bunch of us... I feel a bit relaxed now cos I know it will come. If I don't see it by 12 noon tomorrow I will head to pg school sha, to find out wot's up... And as for department test, not all departments conduct an after test. Last time I went to my department to be to snoop around a bit, I was told Geography dept don't do no test save for the EPT.
