We had our biometrics at Lagos VFS and intend sending our docs to Abuja VFS because we heard it's faster than Lagos. Pls, I want to confirm if the package transmission fee is to be paid for each of us or just one payment to cover us all. Thank you

Congratulations on your PPR.

The transmission fee might be 9410 per applicant (applicable to Lagos) since you had your biometric at Lagos VFS. Alternatively, you can either call or mail them to get the needed information.

You can send them a message via webform to inform them that there will be a delay. What's your AOR?

You know you should have started this renewal process knowing that your passport will soon expire.

You need to find a way around it. Someone recently posted about knowing someone that assist in getting your passport renewed in 2 weeks so read backwards and contact the person.

People are sending to othe VO to haste the stamping process. But if u are sending to a VO other than where u did ur biometric is comes with a fee.
Pls whatever courier u are using pls avoid FEDEX , na the matter i still dey battle o

My parents just got TRV. Please about sending passport to Lagos vfs. They did their biometric there, Do they have to pay for package transmission. And Since they are two, do they submit the documents together in one envelope or 2 different envelope.

No, they do not need to pay for package transmission since they did their biometric there. All documents can be submitted in one envelope.

Bros you are in tight coner. Don't process your passport in Lagos go to akure or remote state where you can get it in one day.

He needs to process in Lagos and pay whatever price that needs to be paid to get it processed within a couple of days. Just make sure you speak to the right person at the Passport office,

Instead of waiting for ADR, why not raise a webform instead.

Please, what are the steps for collection and what do I bring along? Thanks.

Your passport is definitely ready for collection. Alausa office has either rounded up with those that captured in September or rounding up.

If it is re-issue, please go with the expired passport and your collection slip which will be dropped in the box.
If it is fresh, then just the collection slip will suffice.

I work in ikeja ,is it advisable to use alausa ,are they orderly?or should i use ikoyi passport office?kindly advise.

From updates from various locations, I think Alausa is ahead of others. If you work in Ikeja, I think Alausa is your best bet so you can easily pop in and pop out.

If it is urgently needed as you stated, she would find her way to their office at Alausa.

I think there is a link on their website that talks about passport ready but not yet collected by the owners but i didn't click to check if it works. Did they notify to come for biometrics or you just went there for it? I just paid online today and there was no date on the slip for me to come for biometrics capturing.

You can visit the office with all your documents for review and submission at your convenience. After submission of documents, you will either be contacted for capturing or go after 3 - 5 working days.

Please when did you do your capturing?

I visited the Alausa office to check if mine was ready. I ended up leaving there at about 6:30pm without my printout which was dropped in the collection box because they couldn't find it. I was simply asked to come back again and write my name on a sheet of paper.

Has anyone experienced this?

32 pages fresh. The collection date was Monday.
My observation, DIY!
Go with original and complete documents.
Hey there early to submit your application.
You can come for capture after a week I guess when you receive a message.
You can wear any cloth except white.
Check your documents well while capturing for any mistake.
Most officers won’t help you or answer your questions well because you are DIY.
Officer Charles is a nice man and very diligent. Infact most of them are diligent but Charles especially.
If you are DIY don’t let anyone just go inside and ask directive if you do not have yet. Don’t go with any fake documents or else you will be stressed.
Pay online and do everything yourself.
I paid just 26k and got it after 6 weeks.
For collecting too good early and drop your slip in the box and wait till you hear your name.

I have been trying to get my international passport at the ikoyi passport office for almost one month now, the only process remaining is the enrollment before going for capturing
Unfortunately last two weeks during the enrollment process, the enrollment officer told me my Nin details cannot be verified on their Database that every of my information is blank and not showing so I was ask to go back to the Nin registration centre . On getting to the Nin registration centre at that same ikoyi passport office I was told to fill a form and come back 2weeeks later for my Nin that it will be resolved
Today make it two weeks so I went there this morning only to be told the same thing at the passport enrollment process that my Nin details are still blank on their Database and still can't be verified
Please help me what do I do?

I did not get a text message and went a week after document submission only to see that my file was ready 2 days after document submission.

So if it is more than three days and you are yet to get a text msg, do visit the Servicom desk at Alausa and you will be directed appropriately.

If you captured in August at Alausa, please try to visit the office for your passport. Some passports are ready and I got feedback that they just got paper.

They also have a schedule for Passport collection: Surname that starts with A and O: Mon, Wed, Sat & Sun; Others Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sun. Don't ask me if they work on weekends but I saw this on Tuesday.

For the person that misplaced the Enrolment ID, please visit the office and write your name on a sheet of paper and drop it inside the collection box. Your surname should be in capital letters.

Please what is the process of getting a passport for a toddler (2 year old). Do I need connections to do this or is it something that can be done easily?

NIN is needed for all new passports o, sorry.

If you are in Lagos, for NIN try Zenith HQ, Ajose Adeogun, VI. They did for my 2yr old last month. You need to have or open an account.

There is also NIN registration at the Ikoyi Passport Office..... the queue is not for the faint hearted though...but at least they cannot refuse you there...they are in the same premises as the Passport Office! If they do, just go straight to Servicom to escalate, less than 30 secs walk away, in the next building.
