This is what your interview is going to look like... About 14 to 18 of you are going to be in a group interview that day seated on a chair with your names already written on a piece of paper placed on each chair. Everyone will introduce themselves loudly and then a puzzle question will be thrown at you guys for everyone to solve, the six panelists will sit and watch you guys try to solve the problem as y'all are soppused to communicate with each other while you are trying to solve it. At the end, depending on whether you all got or a few got the answer, y'all will be asked to leave the room, then the worst performers will be asked to go home while the rest will wait for a follow up interview one by one with the recruitment team. After the that, y'all will go home then the successful ones will be contacted and be congratulated.

lSHAQ is right. that u ve done documentation is not a guarantee that u would get a job. ICSL really sucks! so dont get ur hopes too high. seek opportunities else where while hoping they call u

l had no issue taking my test. l was scheduled for 7th but l wrote on 8th. funny enuf, the message came after l had written the test.

for two weeks now, l had patiently waited for the acknowlegement letter; now that l ve received it, i was surprised to see 'Dear Zaraki... and my name is not Zaraki. I dont understand o. Anybody having similar issue?

l received a mail from them but it was addressed to zaraki and that is not my name.
