kilo4sure:

The question you fail to ask yourself is this..why do Christians question their bible more than the Muslims question the Quran? Is it because the bible is more stupid than the Quran? Nay! Most of the stories atheists deride in the bible that leads them away from the bible are also in the Quran, the difference is the level of brainwashing in Islam. It is rare to find a Muslim who looks at the Quran critically and objectively. Even today we have many christian scholars who look at the bible critically, not so in the Muslim world, they are more interested in stating what is haram.
If Muslims use their brains the way they should, many would abandon islam. The ones who use their brain in the Islamic world cannot speak out for fear of being killed. There are many closet atheists in Iran and saudiarabia. Killing of apostates is also sanctioned by the hadiths. The Islamic world needs her own enlightment but that would be at the expense of the Quran which Muslims exalt so much to their detriment.

Bullshit

[s]I was calmly going my way, stopping every now and then to give alms to begging Mudslimes when I casually glanced at my phone to discover that my good "friends" the Nairaland Abeed Council of Knowledge (better known by their acronym NACK) have been up to their old tricks again.

It seems everytime some scientific discovery is made, NACK makes a painfully lame attempt to lay the credit with a certain demonically possessed, pedophile illiterate who lived some centuries ago.

I never get tired of sorting out NACK's confusion and I'm happy for the opportunity to give them free lessons in basic geo-climatic phenomenon.

You see the body of water which NACK's "prophet" claims to be a "two seas" is actually only ONE SEA, The Gulf of Alaska. It is not a meeting of two seas. You'd think a "prophet" should be able to count from one to two, but alas NACK's "prophet" seems to be cursed with a peculiar kind of mental deficiency.

What this pictures shows is a perfectly natural phenomenon which occurs when glacial fresh water melted from ice caps in the North Pole flows into the off shore waters of the Gulf of Alaska. When last I checked, fresh water from melting ice is not considered to be a sea by any scientist worth his salt (no pun intended grin)

Furthermore, fresh water flowing into saline ocean water is not that unusual. It happens in many parts of the world when rivers flow into oceans. It happens in Nigeria when the River Niger flows into the Atlantic Ocean.

Contrary to what the NACK prophet believes, the waters do actually meet , it only takes a bit longer for them to coagulate than would have been the case if the salt content of both types of water were the same.

As for MUMUhaMAD "discovering" the phenomenon, the native populations of Alaska, the Iñupiat, Yupik, Aleut, Eyak, Tlingit, Haida and the Tsimshian who had occupied the land mass adjoining the Gulf of Alaska have known about this phenomenon for thousands of years before MUMU was even born.

So you see my dear NACK members, you really don't have anything to get excited about. I suggest you worry more about repairing your increasingly damaged reputation nationally and globally and stop murdering innocent women like you have done in Kano and Abuja recently. It only shows you to be animals and it makes you unworthy to be considered human.
[/s]

Ignoramus. If you had any idea about what we was being discussed you wouldn't be spewing this trash.

Mohammed couldn't have known about these two seas. And that it was just recently discovered too. No body knew about this two seas until recently.

I'd like you to read how the Qu'ran talked about the formation of foetus. I'd like to see you try and lie your way through it. Just like you did with the two seas.

[Quran 9:29 Pickthal] Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.

Yes, the people who believe that Jesus came as the messiah called themselves 'Christians' that's why they're mentioned separately from the Jews who didn't believe Jesus was the messiah. But I still don't see in that verse where it says christians are going to heaven.

As Allah knew Christians didn't believe in him, why did he still say they were going to heaven?
[Quran 5:69] Lo! those who believe, and those
who are Jews, and Sabaeans, and Christians -Whosoever believeth in Allah and the Last
Day and doeth right - there shall no fear come
upon them neither shall they grieve.

That's the key statement there. Do you believe that God is one and not 3 in 1?

Now, how intelligent is Allah's statement.

You're the one who's not intelligent here. No offence

Why did allaah mention Christian since they didn't believe in him?

Quran 9:29 says the people of the Book (Jews and Christians didn't believe in allaah, why did he say they were still going to heaven? Human beings are wiser than islamic allaah considering the way he spoke.

That's not what Qu'ran 9:29 says

Peace! parisbookaddict. I 've gone through half of the book, thanks to your link. I was a bit let down by the book, I think the writer focused too much reiterating, emphasizing or divulging the mind of Muhammad instead of presenting the readers with more unholy teachings from Hadith, Sirah and Tafsir attributed to Muhammad. Thus, the book is unnecessarily span over 300 pages for content that about 200 pages would have sufficed.

Next issue I have with the book is reference. Some of the Hadith the writer put forth as his evidences in the book are not referenced. A book this controversial ought to have its evidenced fully referenced for verification or else the professionalism of the author may be doubted.

To a limited extent, I think it is a good criticism of traditional portrayal of Muhammad & mainstream Islam but for the presentation, and excessive focus on Muhammad rather than teachings ascribed to him, it could have been a much better work.

That being said, I am determined to complete the book, not for any other reason than uncovering more unholy Hadith, Tafsir and stories attributed to Muhammad.

Militants’ surrendering comes after serious bombardment by the military – Spokesperson makes fresh demand from the federal government – Nigerian military say the bombardment shall not end until all militants surrender Militants who invaded parts of Lagos and Ogun states have reportedly surrendered to the firepower of the Nigerian military, Saturday Sun reports. This news is coming after the military had bombarded Arepo area of Ogun and some parts of Lagos killing about 19 militants and leaving many others injured

The Sun reports that a man identified as Honourable Omomoh, who posed as the general secretary, Forest Soldiers and Adaka Boro Last Born, informed that his group only wants disarmament, reconciliation and reintegration which was agreed with the government.

According to the man who was said to have spoken via a telephone conversation, as soon as their arms are collected by the government, “all these issues of criminality will not be the order of the day. We are going to secure everywhere.

READ ALSO: Police declare war on militants “We were expecting the disarmament and surprisingly, we heard that the meltdown of the economy affected the budget of the Amnesty Office, and that there is no money, that we should be calm. “We have been calm for a while but suddenly, what we saw yesterday (Thursday) was bombardment; bombarding the camps with Air Force warplane in which children and women died. “They dropped five bombs in Arepo area, Elepete, Abuloba in Isawo area and at the same time in Ibafo end. We lost 19 persons and 10 others sustained injuries.” The group’s spokesperson however, absolved them of blame on the issue of kidnapping as he averred that they were only vandals and not kidnappers. He said: “We have been assisting the government concerning some kidnappers.

We discovered that because of the numbers of ammunition in the possession of people, before you know, two or three will conspire and commit crime. “But we don’t want all that. We want peace in the country, we want peace in the Niger Delta, and we want peace in the South West. So, what we are interested in is the disarmament that we agreed upon.” The military has also vowed to continue with the bombardment as it stated that it had deployed more arsenal to the creeks of Lagos and Ogun while maintaining that the aerial bombardment which started on Thursday afternoon will not end until the militants hiding there surrender.

READ ALSO: Nigerian army bombards creeks of militants, kills many Rear Admiral Ferguson Bobai, the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) western Naval command, stated on Friday that, “We are going to sustain the operation and we are going to dismantle vandals’ shanties scattered in the area.” He noted further that the efforts to clear vandals from Arepo area of Ogun state remains a joint operation involving the DSS, NSCDC and the Fire Service Department. The bombardment, according to Bobai, “was a directive from the Defence Headquarters and the need to bombard the area came following repeated pipeline vandalisation, kidnapping and armed robbery. “Just last month, the military and component of the operation, code named Operation Awatse got directive from the Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Olonisakin to take drastic action in Arepo area with a view to dismantling vandals camps and shanties scattered at Arepo, Ibafo, Ishawo axis.”

In a related development, three militant groups in the Niger Delta region have backpedalled on their earlier decision not to allow the Niger Delta Dialogue and Contact Group (NDDCG) to represent them in the ongoing dialogue with the federal government. According to Vanguard, the groups which have now agreed to be included in the dialogue are; Reformed Egbesu Boys of the Niger Delta, Egbesu Red Water Lions and Egbesu Mightier Fraternity. Confirming their part in the dialogue, the leadership of Reformed Egbesu Boys of Niger Delta in an electronic mail on behalf of other affiliate groups, said: “A fortnight ago, we responded to this subject matter wherein we stated emphatically that the Niger Delta Dialogue and Contact Group had no mandate to negotiate on our behalf in respect of the renewed hostilities against oil and gas facilities.”

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto
you: NOT AS THE WORLD GIVETH, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be
afraid.

We say it anytime any name of the prophets is mentioned not just Rosul(SAW). We believe the prophets are best of people to ever walk this earth so we ask God to bless them. It doesn't mean they are not already at peace.

The Prophet ﷺ said, “He who sends blessings on me once, Allah sends blessings on him ten

Allah (exalted is He) says:

What does Muhammad need PEACE and BLESSINGS for in heaven?
It's to show respect. Muslims are supposed to put (PBUH) or (SAW) after naming any and all prophets of Allah(SWT)
PBUH is an acronym for "Peace be upon him"; likewise SAW is an acronym for sallallahu alayhi wasallam.
