PLP ( People's Labour Party ) claim is the transmitted results were not available on INEC public portal ( take not of the public) even if INEC had them on their back up server while waiting to compare with the physical delivered results before uploading it on INEC public portal?

The question which Apc lawyers would pose is, is there anywhere in the electoral law where transmitting of results to the Inec public portal is mandatory .

The major reason why the Governorship and House of Assembly elections were postponed was because the Presidential Election Tribunal mandated INEC to upload the Presidential and National Assembly elections results and data to their backup server before reconfiguring the BVAS, and INEC in their statement said it will take days to achieve, hence they had no other choice than to postpone the election.

What that means is that nothing was uploaded either in the public server or back end server before the announcement and declaration of winners by INEC, and anyone that said otherwise is either fooling his/herself or just being mischievous.

I don't understand why some of you are so scared of calling out Buhari in this currency redesign issue, even when he (Buhari) had stated unequivocally that the project was executed on his orders and approval.

Why do you lots keep calling Emefiele who was only following the orders from his principal, the President? Some of you, even some State governors that should know better, keep making excuses for Buhari, repeating that he was wrongly advised by Emefiele, thereby creating the impression that he's an invalid that can't think for himself.

Maybe it was also Emefiele and Malami that made Buhari to also redesign the currency in 1984, when he was the military head of state, with the same adverse effect on the economy and citizens.

CBN was not joined in the suit, therefore are not expected to automatically have a copy of the ruling.

Reason they were not joined was to ensure that the case was strictly between the State and Federal government, thereby giving the Supreme court primary jurisdiction to the case. If CBN was joined to the suit, Supreme court would have struck out case and referred the plaintiff to a lower court.

So before you start calling people derogatory names, always ensure that you have a firm grip of the issue being discussed, so you won't end up as the daft one.
