Aside that, it simply means that we are not carrying out democratic functions in this Nation, the Nation it self has been kept on ransom, how will a leader vacate his position without proper handing over of his responsibilities to his vice, it's amazing, when good men to nothing, u know what will happen. I think we are been too fragile with this issue. The constitution is clearly stated, if anyone in the presidency position is going on leave, he's got to hand it over to his vice.
