It's good that there are fines for offenses but the only problem I have with this is why would the

fine for an offence in a state be higher than the minimum wage?

So someone who's probably driving his late dad's car while doing a minimum wage job can't

drive in Lagos and buy a bag of rice in the same month embarassed.
You know everything on that list is avoidable, if you know the rules why don't you just obey them and "buy bag of rice with minimum wage". Not everything you complain for.

What do you suppose they do? Jump in? Na wa o. The news obviously stated that the fire has been put off, they're there as standard procedure, or they've turned to firemen, people would just be quick to say things are not working, before even properly checking to see if it truly isn't.

4. Brunei.

Brunei is the only Asian country in the list. The country shares its border with Malaysia on the land. The country attained its freedom from the UK in 1984 and has still managed to climb the ladder of growth. It is classified as a "developed" country and has seen immense industrial growth.

Despite the growth in economy and rapid industrialisation, the country manages to be in this list because of the rich biodiversity.
This is the year or later sef we should have gained independence.

GossipHeart:
Nigerians are so stupid

You lawyers,Doctors, Teachers, pharmacist, Nurses, Pilots, President smokes weed, Trust me
They think that smoking marijuana is bad to your health.

Many states in the USA legalized marijuana, if there are any health affecting components in weed, they wouldn't even think of legalizing marijuana.
Now, ask people the chemical in weed, 90% of them don't even know it

THC is the chemical in weed, now go check what THC is.

The USA will spend billions of dollars in studying and experimenting the health implications on any item they wanna pass to the public, they did that on weed and they found nothing, that's why USA, the home of scientists and the best country in the world legalized weed.

Do you know what is in the alcohol you drink ??No
Alcohol is the most dangerous thing on earth yet some of you fools that thinks smokers are liable to die young do drink alcohol

Ignorant Nigerians
Gbayi! Don't mind the hypocrites, wouldn't know more about a thing but carry it on their head like say them dey sell gala.

But if I can go open account there now

U mean they can carry out the transaction for me in the bank?
They don't do in-bank transaction for Western union, they'll tell you to activate the Internet banking platform and do it from there.
Travel / Re: How Do I Do This!! Urgent by Pronmix(m): 12:10pm On Oct 05, 2015
If you have GTB account you can use the Internet banking platform to withdraw, it goes into your account. I think there's another way to withdraw with quickteller. Google it and find out. Best of luck.

Stricter rules should be made for cradle robbers, this is becoming too much, haba traumatising a lil child, I often imagine how the rest of an abused child's life would be. It's not fair.
