Sir/Madam, why did you opt in for an integration course when you think you can do without German language ?
And are you also going to write your exams and take your classes in English ?
Don’t be deceived or try to deceive anyone. If you plan to have your life in Germany, you MUST learn German. And by the way, I have only been in Germany for 14 months and my language level is okay. My aim is to apply for a permanent residency before I spend 3 years here in Germany, therefore I’m currently attending a politics class. Don’t screw your chances!!

Like I said, it's not a do or die if you work in an IT, I only applied because my foreign officer only gave me an official signed stuff, because according to him, it's better I do it because it will be subsidized for me, and lots of benefits to get citizenship faster.

Basically, there's google translate and deepl which is better than Google translate.

Also, as a blue card holder, you will get a permanent residence after 33 months with A1, I have A1 certificate but can't speak jack. As a German university graduate, you will get a permanent residence after 24 months with no reference to language. I have both.

You should have a language skill in the country you live in, same as Czech or Netherlands where nearly everyone speaks English...but it's not a do or die matter.

I have a friend who is a senior software engineer, works for FAANG, but can't speak German, he lives in Berlin and here for almost 6years.

If you don’t have skills, German is a must… you can't do warehouse jobs without German except Amazon.

I know nearly all German laws without speaking German, it’s easy these days.

I only support the user who said learning German is not a do-or-die matter, I know some of my classmates in the university that focused on German instead of skills and internships, but they are not still employed.

Learning German is necessary if you plan to live longer in Germany, but it's not like you'll die without German, and it's not like knowing German will get you a job that your skills do not qualify for.

Learn German, but don't be scared... It's not a 1 or 0 situation

You are completely right. Until you find yourself where you would have to require adequate knowledge of German. Then you will understand better.
Even if where you work they communicate in English, is your Arbeitsvertrag also written in English ? Have you been to the government offices? Did you find it difficult understanding the documents you were given to sign?
Do you prove your rights in English ?
I lived in Berlin, where there are a lot of foreigners and people who can speak English until I got a mouth watering job in a location where the people only speak and understand German.
When I did my driving test, first aid training and other government lessons I have taken, I didn’t find it difficult as it could have been for someone without any German knowledge.

You are right, but to correct you. My job contract is in English, and yes, it's a German company. I also previously worked for a German company when I was a student, the job contract is in German and English.

I studied in Germany, and the Ausländer officer speaks English with me right from day one of my student permit, to blue card. I've been in Germany for almost 3.5 years, I can't speak German.

It's not a do or die, if you work in IT... My company emails, meeting and documentation is 100 percent in English.

But I have applied for an integration course, though; I intend to start in October.

You only pay when you get to Germany. If it’s next two years, you only started paying from then.

A friend of mine is in dire need of appointment for a Schengen Visa at the German Embassy
He was invited for a programme in Germany by a University
He already filled his visa form online as required, all the necessary documents has been arranged by him.
His host is paying for the trip and already sent him the hotel booking, airline ticket and health insurance.
He has been trying the German Visa portal for over 3 weeks now to secure appointment date for visa interview and no appointment for July and August!
His programme will take place first week of september.

Please can anybody be of help or point us in the right direction?

The screenshot from the portal is attached.

This is urgent.

Nothing. But tell the program sponsor to contact the Nigerian Embassy, it might help.

With the global rise in energy costs, inflation, currencies tumbling and only the Russian economy growing, this one is reading speeches

This is the growth before a big fall. Though EU will suffer now, but once the gas crises has been resolved, trust me this will happen soon. Russia is living on the time bomb.

It’s just like the US that printed 1 trillion USD notes to avoid a major crash, it worked at first, but look what is happening now.

I agree completely with your write up. Once you take any married Nigerian lady abroad, they instantly turn to tiger.

I cannot count the number of Nigerian men abroad who have been jailed (some committed suicide afterwards) for shooting or killing their inglorious, stubborn & ungrateful wives after they were taken abroad and turned into a mountain tiger.

Life is full of unintended consequences both good & bad for everybody, so - I would rather learn from other people’s mistakes & misfortunes than others learning from mine.

But why is this always true? I live in abroad, and this is sad.

Sri Lanka is worse. I have friends from there… and they also talk about how corrupt their government is, exactly like the way we complain about Nigeria.

Moral lesson: do not gloat over the misfortune of others because it will surely get to you and even worse. When a part of a house is in flames it's only a matter of time before it spreads to other parts.

Must it be about tribalism every freaking time. Are you guys okay?

Big boss, I'm sorry for replying to an old post.
From my understanding of applying for BSC in Germany, its either via Studienkolleg or using 100lvl transcript right?
Now, i'm planning to apply for NOUN and after 100lvl, i will use it for the admission.
My Question now is, If i can make first class in the 100lvl and apply for Germany, TUM to be precise, will i fall under CAT A or CAT B (though First class but from 100lvl alone)?
Or what advice will you give a brother?

Cat B.

Cat cry when having sex it seems they find your window area more condusive there is no witchcraft there its their natural behaviour youtube and google comes in handy.

African man will remain backward look at somebody above me boldly writing witchcraft pls study your animals to know their characteristics so that u wont associate a natural behaviour with superstition.

But for abroad, where they have lots of cats, cats don’t cry at anyone’s window, it’s rare. It’s only in Nigeria.

My mama then would start a vigil and fasting, surprisingly, the cat would leave after the second day and not come back.

And there’s something I noticed and personally witnessed, but it’s about dogs, when dogs cry at night, someone in that area is about to die… I read/heard dogs can sense a lot of strange things like ghost or stuffs… it’s scientifically proven, not the ghost part though.

What I’ve noticed about science and spiritualism is that, they coexisted. Hate it or leave it.
