Travel / Re: General German Work And Family Re-union Visa Enquiries by pseudonomer: 11:39pm On Sep 01, 2022 |
nuel80: Like I said, it's not a do or die if you work in an IT, I only applied because my foreign officer only gave me an official signed stuff, because according to him, it's better I do it because it will be subsidized for me, and lots of benefits to get citizenship faster. Basically, there's google translate and deepl which is better than Google translate. Also, as a blue card holder, you will get a permanent residence after 33 months with A1, I have A1 certificate but can't speak jack. As a German university graduate, you will get a permanent residence after 24 months with no reference to language. I have both. You should have a language skill in the country you live in, same as Czech or Netherlands where nearly everyone speaks English...but it's not a do or die matter. I have a friend who is a senior software engineer, works for FAANG, but can't speak German, he lives in Berlin and here for almost 6years. If you don’t have skills, German is a must… you can't do warehouse jobs without German except Amazon. I know nearly all German laws without speaking German, it’s easy these days. I only support the user who said learning German is not a do-or-die matter, I know some of my classmates in the university that focused on German instead of skills and internships, but they are not still employed. Learning German is necessary if you plan to live longer in Germany, but it's not like you'll die without German, and it's not like knowing German will get you a job that your skills do not qualify for. Learn German, but don't be scared... It's not a 1 or 0 situation 2 Likes |

nuel80: You are right, but to correct you. My job contract is in English, and yes, it's a German company. I also previously worked for a German company when I was a student, the job contract is in German and English. I studied in Germany, and the Ausländer officer speaks English with me right from day one of my student permit, to blue card. I've been in Germany for almost 3.5 years, I can't speak German. It's not a do or die, if you work in IT... My company emails, meeting and documentation is 100 percent in English. But I have applied for an integration course, though; I intend to start in October. 1 Like |

Mynd44: This is the growth before a big fall. Though EU will suffer now, but once the gas crises has been resolved, trust me this will happen soon. Russia is living on the time bomb. It’s just like the US that printed 1 trillion USD notes to avoid a major crash, it worked at first, but look what is happening now. 1 Like |

headbasher96: But for abroad, where they have lots of cats, cats don’t cry at anyone’s window, it’s rare. It’s only in Nigeria. My mama then would start a vigil and fasting, surprisingly, the cat would leave after the second day and not come back. And there’s something I noticed and personally witnessed, but it’s about dogs, when dogs cry at night, someone in that area is about to die… I read/heard dogs can sense a lot of strange things like ghost or stuffs… it’s scientifically proven, not the ghost part though. What I’ve noticed about science and spiritualism is that, they coexisted. Hate it or leave it. 3 Likes |

Netflix will lose more subscribers with this. The only reason I’m still a subscriber is because many people depend on me to watch Netflix. I don’t even watch Netflix with the overrated useless shows, and they keep increasing the fees. And also, what do they expect after the lockdown? 4 Likes |
