why do you think it's outrageous to put up a billboard for 9.53m.You have to be in it to know what goes on in putting up a billboard. There are other options such as the 48 sheet,lamp post and rooftop. "If you get the money you pick your choice". The local govt don't make it any easier than it gets.  |
