Pls help me wit al d cost of build a house wit inside upstair dat wil have a vry good size of one sittingroom,one master room,three bedrooms,two toilets nd bathroom wit a smal kitchen...den the downstair wil be oly one big sitting,dinning,big kitchen and storeroom,one toilet nd bathroom.the land is not too large...so i need it to be a modern portable smal building.jus list al d tins need to start the building nd summerize the cost for me.thanks...
